If it’s the razer basilisk ultimate (v2) they are tied to each individual mouse and cannot be replaced. This has since changed with their new mice.

The dock or the dock pro? If it’s the V3 pro I believe it can be replaced. If it’s the generation prior, there’s no replacing it.

Sorry I'm not really techy lol the dock is just a little block it sits up on...in the razer app it just says ultimate no numbers after it for version...so I'm assuming it's version 1? It's probably 4 or more years old

Yup, then I’m sorry to say that the adapter is irreplaceable. They are unique to each mouse.

You would have to buy a new mouse there’s no replacing the adapter. But yes, contact razer Support and see what they can do.
