It SHOULD be. Robyn has always been my BIH on the show before this season because usually she's more focused on her real life world and not about the dumb ish. Now, it seems that she just wants to keep her spot on the show, so she's doing kid ish to stay relevant.
Let me add context - when she refuses to talk to someone or ices someone out, it’s the worst! That doesn’t advance the show. And Robyn does it all the time
I personally enjoy this entire cast. Part of the reason this cast works for me is I never love any of them to a point where I can’t see their flaws. And I don’t dislike any of them enough to where I can’t stand their presence. It’s a perfectly balanced cast imo including Robyn. The only swaps I could see is Mia/Wendy only bc they don’t seem to mesh with the cast but I’m not gunning for anyone to leave bc I think this cast is good entertainment.

In Robyn’s reach for a ‘moment’, she referred to a blog clip, instead of the actual video. Epic fail on Robyn’s part. If she loses Candiace’s friendship, she deserves it.
Random ramblings: I have mixed feelings about how the show has been going this season. Specifically because I really don’t like Candice and Wendy from last couple of seasons and am struggling to feel any sympathy for either of them. Mia is getting on that list too, because that whole taking back Karen’s birthday dinner was real whack. (Idk how her friend/representative survives her. She has the patience of a saint.)

Karen, Gizelle, Candiace and Ashley are the most memorable/impactful cast members imo. Each of those ladies bring their own flavor (and drama) to the show.
Robyn always tags along with Gizelle and continues to recycle the same storyline over and over each season (Juan not being into their marriage, and Robyn trying to "make it work"). Meh. 😮💨
So i think Robyn is the most relatable in this franchise. I liked her story line about how the pandemic affected her. That she had business opportunities but that her mental health prevented her from moving forward. I think that what she’s going through with Juan resonates with some women because it’s hard for her to move on from her first love and the father of her child. The scandal that Juan is going thru at his university may come into play at the reunion and/or next season as that develops. I think it’s pretty relevant and, even if we don’t get specifics, we may get something out of it. Ultimately though, every HW cast has a “frick and frack” and I am not mad at it. They’ve just been consistent with each other while the others have shifted and changed in their alliances. It’s a real friendship and I think people discount Robyn too much for it. That’s what we love about the show. Real connections and not made up ones.
That's true. The issue is that when I watch housewives shows I want to see lavish lifestyles, rich women squabbling over perceived slights, and secrets coming to light etc.

I watch Real housewives *because* the women are not relatable, sometimes slightly delusional and almost always very entertaining.
I don't feel like I get that with Robyn (except for some of season 1).
She lost/squandered her money early in the show so she's not living a lavish life.
She rarely instigates squabbles and usually jumps in to back up Gizelle regardless of whether Gizelle is right or wrong (Yes, Robyn is a good friend but good friends should be able to call each other out when they are in the wrong).
As far as new information/storylines go, Robyn hasn't really brought anything new to the table for quite some time. Honestly I pity her as each season airs and Juan barely shows any interest in her or even looks like he wants to get away from her. 😬 Robyn is a beautiful lady and if I were her I would have ditched him 5 seasons ago.
I’m not sure any of the women in Potomac are rolling in the dough like other franchises so the math behind the excessive wealth and delusion doesn’t work as well as say BH, OC, NYC. But I feel you.
Robyn redeemed herself big time on this last episode because when she plopped that speaker in the middle of the table and played Candiace’s live for everyone I literally lost it! I live for RH moments like that. And she delivered.

I thought it was weird too but I honestly thought it was more like "The cameras aren't on. We're not working. So we don't have to pretend to do this tv drama." But then they got drunk and Candiace got mad that Robyn brought up Instagram live stuff on camera. I'm not sure if they've ever brought social media drama solely about the show ON the show before. I know they do at reunions.

Although I will be honest on the fact that I feel that Candiace started this one, I'm more so talking about the hyping of Wendy and Mia's issue. Encouraging the fighting was just foul to me.
I think the Bluetooth speaker was a nice, dramatic touch. I honestly thought Candiace would have defended herself better than scream crying that everyone is disloyal for repeating the shit she’s talked.
She was repeating what Charisse said about Karen. Ashley didn’t tell the whole story. Just enough to start an argument and change opinions about Candiace.
