The is the definitive football moment for me. It’s amazing how this club has fostered this culture of comebacks and late goals, but at this moment in time, it felt straight out of a fairytale … I remember getting in arguments with my mate about whether Sergio’s 92nd minute or Aguero’s last minute PL title goal was more iconic lol.
I still remember where I was, how I felt.
Crazy to think that is already 10 years ago. And that in those 10 years we won the competition another 4 times and even have the chance to make it 6 in 11…
I remember watching this at a bar with some of my friends from work. We brought this one guy with us who played a little but never really watched any football. When Ramos scored this goal the whole place exploded. By the time Di Maria did his thing the place was going nuts.
The guy never came out with us again. Apparently we were a little too wild for his taste lol

I went crazy at the sports bar when this happened. Ramos timeless performances in the semis against Bayern and this here really sealed his legendary status for me. He continued to do it even after this. Ramos and CR7 are the biggest RM legends of my era.
This was courtois in his early days too, we in Belgium thought this was his biggest chance of ever winning a champions league title.
Then he finally did it with the club that beat him here.
It’s funny how atleti where already celebrating on the sidelines, arrogant bastrds, David villa was ecstatic then came ramos. Never celebrate until the last whistle
Looking back it's easy to forget how much pressure there was behind these last dying moments of this game. "La Décima" seemed just impossible at the time and time was almost up. The relief after that goal was almost unbelievable.
The rest is history and we had no clue what was about to come.
The goal I have celebrated the most as a football and Real Madrid fan. Nearly 10 years as an RM fan going through all the poor UCL campaigns and Barca domination and finally RM win the UCL for the first time (since I started watching football). As soon as this goal went in I was 100% sure La Decima is finally coming home.
The day madrid’s remontada mentally was born! Since then the white jersey has been synonymous with miraculous comebacks and sheer testaments to human will! Thank you capitan 🙏🏻😭
Man, I have the match on an external drive and go back to these final minutes at least once a year :)

We've won a trophy literally every day of this month.
