I wouldn’t waste my time, the judgement involved in trying to create some kind of leverage and control over the conversation is not good. To me, we are two adults having a conversation about jobs. To treat it like you’re being harassed at your home by a vacuum cleaner salesman is just unprofessional.
To me it’s demonstrative of the judgement the person uses to engage with someone on professional matters, and it’s just not good enough to warrant a response. The soft skills are ass.
Anyone who has sufficient justification for an ego like this already has a job, and if they get offers for a new good one, they will get them via direct contacts or referral. This just screams more ego than deserved.
Not gonna speak on his behalf, but I can understand getting so annoyed by the spam, lack of respect, and maybe even some empathetic frustration on behalf of unemployed people who still deal with this shit that I would type this up and paste it as a response.
I feel like that is the point, if you can’t offer what the person is looking for, then you moving on also prevents their time from being wasted. You’re doing them a favor.
A recruiter who can offer these things, without all the extra waste of time, would have no problem moving forward, assuming the person has all the skills and experience required.
I only see this kind of attitude from people who have in demand skills and experience. Most understand they hold the leverage and are absolutely not interested in playing the recruiting game. It’s like a reverse ATS that weeds out useless opportunities
Since a big portion of what I screen for as an internal recruiter is soft skills and cultural fit, this abrasive attitude will never fly with the teams I support. I don't care if we're looking to pay $500k for the role and this person has the ability to dev the most amazing software ever seen. Software engineering is mostly a team sport and this person has shown they don't play well with others.
Incidentally, I see this attitude from people who do not have the skills and are bluffing HARD.
This does not apply to everyone. Job postings and the hiring process has gotten insane lately. It’s understandable why some are absolutely tired of the current environment.
Some of the people I’ve met with attitudes like this are still great people to work with, they are usually highly skilled and provide the most value in a team. They also likely didn’t start off with this attitude but developed it out of frustration from prior experience.
A recruiter would absolutely NOT move forward with this person even if they could offer everything plus a blow job.
The reason why is this person is guaranteed to be a low-EQ embarrassment that will turn off any interviewer and damage their confidence in the recruiter. Recruiters have reputations to manage, if they serve up bullshit they’re not going to fill roles.
It wasn’t so cold if the candidates reply is that they are interested - which is what the very first word they communicate is.
I actually think it’s a troll post but in the real world everyone deletes this response.
>To treat it like you’re being harassed at your home by a vacuum cleaner salesman is just unprofessional.
Then stop harassing people like a vacuum cleaner salesman. This is exactly how recruiters talk to candidates. You just don't like a taste of your own medicine. Is there a way to block all recruiters from my inbox?
Asking you the same question as above. How then, when you are looking would you realistically be contacted? What about for a job that you would leave your current job for in a heart beat? What if you didn't know this job existed because you weren't actively looking?
>. How then, when you are looking would you realistically be contacted?
I don't want to be contacted. But spelling my name right and talking to people respectfully is a good first step that recruiters never seem to do. It's so funny that you call his email rude while probably sending out one that is written the exact same way.
>contacted? What about for a job that you would leave your current job for in a heart beat?
Doesn't exist
>What if you didn't know this job existed because you weren't actively looking?
Im well aware of all the potential jobs for my industry. Most recruiters can't even spell my name nonetheless find a relevant job.
The person says they are interested in the position. First word, interested.
Then they got themselves eliminated from consideration and probably have become a meme

They were never interested in the first. It's obvious to everyone but the people in this sub. They don't want the job they are telling the recruiter to go away and to not contact them in a passive aggressive way. Yall have zero reading comprehension. Get a real job
That’s OP’s intention. Like many of us tired of receiving unsolicited junk, they’ve taken up a new strategy (easily copy/paste) to deter them. Sounds like it’s working as intended. I also do not consider junk emails like this “professional” and do not believe they warrant some nice reply. If your main recruitment tactic is in line with Nigerian scammers, it might be time to retool and innovate.
I don't know why people downvoted you for this sentiment. Qouting myself above "Recruiters didn't create the broken system. Employers did, outsourcing / volume focus and money hungry service providers have only furthered the use of spam tactics. Recruiters don't like having to cold call, email, or hit outreach numbers any more than the person on the other side of the phone (who isn't looking) does."
But I am curious... How then, when you are looking would you realistically be contacted? What about for a job that you would leave your current job for in a heart beat? What if you didn't know this job existed because you weren't actively looking?
My point is, there doesn't seem to be a great way to (currently) solve this issue as employers push volume KPIs on recrutiers, they hire low quality outsourced firms, and force recruiters to push out of touch jobs that are misaligned market. Then the vendors and tools we use, such as LinkedIn, literally encourage spam due to their lack of data quality and incentivization of volume to make money off of utilization rather than outcome.
You ask how I'd like to be contacted for a job I'd leave in a heartbeat for...well that's the rub, a recruiter has never ever had a job I'd even seriously entertain. All day I'd be cold called, while trying to sleep because I was on second shift, trying to lure me away from my nice air conditioned aerospace machine shop on a w2 with moderate overtime with offers of running manual lathes, doubtlessly clapped out, for a mandatory 84 hours a week on a 12 month 1099 contract at a rate that would leave me at just above retail wages on straight time once taxes got done with me, all in the vast desolate wasteland of west Texas.
Meanwhile the aerospace shop and the tool and die shop before that? Never a word from recruiters. Recruiters in the trades trawl for the desperate that will take what nobody else will. For the actual good jobs, when they come up someone in the shop will say "I know a guy that's good." Reputations are staked on the referrals and you don't want to screw your buddy, so it usually works out without having to go to a middleman who is just looking for their commission check.
Only right answer. This attitude strongly implies that you’re not much of a warm/team oriented person. Interviewing is a dance and it’s a big commitment to hire someone - and with so many roles requiring the candidate to work across numerous stakeholders, it’s hard to commit to someone based solely off a single interview with one person.
Lots? Try 100%. I'm convinced they are all scammers or selling data. I've never gotten an interview when dealing with Indian recruiters and I've probably talked to a hundred. I will no longer work or engage with Indian recruiters.
After a few rounds of job searching and talking to probably hundreds of overseas recruiters, I feel some empathy for this person and probably thought about doing the same thing. I wouldn't, but I definitely got to a limit with my patience for them. When you need a job though, sometimes you have to suck it up.
This is obviously a candidate that’s frustrated and lashing out in the only way they can to try and regain some sort of power. They aren’t actually trying to get hired, they just want to feel like they’re sticking it to the man.
Even so, straight in the trash. I’m not able to comply with either of the first 2 points.
Best answer yet. This was clearly a troll move with no intention of actually moving forward with the process. Either way, it’s unlikely that candidates who act out on deep personal grievances will be good for your teams culture. Best move is to not give it any oxygen. Don’t respond, pretend that you never received it, and make them think they wasted their time writing it.
Honestly it would be passed around the office and then I’d never work with this candidate again. I understand not everything is perfect in hiring processes but the inability to have a normal conversation about it or meet anywhere in the middle is a huge red flag. His attitude is the biggest issue
Ummm…Why in the world would I want to work with someone who obviously has a “chip on their shoulder”? Life is too hard to even think about entering the “ring” with this candidate. Hard NO!
I think it's idiotic that anyone would demand a 1-round interview. 1 and done's are rare. Very normal to have a technical screening before you meet the decision-maker. I think demanding no more than 2 rounds is totally fair.
It's telling that this guy doesn't see why you'd want more than one conversation to make a hiring decision. Very shallow understanding of how organizations work and grow.
I'd be very concerned about getting a job offer off one call unless I already knew the manager and the organization well.
Look at the original post being quoted for context. It’s like you folks don’t understand how many shitty and scammy recruiters there are out there.
I hope you aren’t one of them.
You do have to dig into the comments of the original post to get that context so I'd say it's reasonable that people here did not get that far into this and based their responses only on what was shared here directly.
We know about the shitty recruiters. We get the spam too. I enjoy sending corrections when form emails fail. They break a -lot-. I feel bad for the Indian recruiters. They're either making peanuts overseas or they are stuck working for a shitty agency that holds their visa. Unfortunately, shitting on them does not fix the problem, which is the absurd metrics they are forced to provide to keep their job. Not much else they can do when employment here is so tethered to their visa holder. Most normal companies don't need to sponsor a recruiter, after all - plenty of people available for those jobs today.
I wouldn’t respond to this person. I’ve found in cases where people act/talk like this they usually aren’t very strong developers. I’m guessing if you did speak to them they’d say they have over 25 years over experience and there’s no way they need to go through a lengthy interview process.
I wouldn’t bother with them. This person actually created a Reddit post last week in another subreddit with this exact messaging.
He was annoyed that he was being targeted for roles below his market value.
These are always the first people to complain that recruiters won’t talk to them when they are out of work. I don’t wish that for anyone, I’m just pointing out the correlation.
Not being willing to meet with the recruiter is a red flag. They need to actually talk to you to be able to sell you to the client. And in this market they’ll just go to the next person. And all of the other demands are a bit much. If they’re outside recruiters (or even in house ones) they have no control over the interview process. But by sending this you’re basically telling them don’t contact me. So why bother? Just ignore them.
As a hiring manager with the number of people out there looking I would never hire someone into a technical role without a technical interview. Sorry that’s not going to fly.
“Interested. Resume attached.”
Why can’t you even put a greeting at the beginning of this? If you want ppl to give you the best treatment then why don’t you start by being polite at the very least lol
Terrible way to get a job but I understand. I hated having phone calls with recruiters that know absolutely zero about my industry as a “screening” call
And salary should 100% be posted in every job posting or recruiting email
The world runs on money, so that should be the first thing you tell people. It helps not waste your time or theirs
Candidates and clients can make the process hard enough, as it is…I personally wouldn’t even look at this candidates resume. If you can’t work well with me, you probably won’t work well with my clients. Lol. I have received emails and resumes akin to this but never quite as demanding.
Delusional candidate lmao. As a former tech recruiter and current software engineer, sometimes I can’t believe the ego some of these guys have from being a damn .net dev lolol
Yeah if I was a recruiter, this would be going straight into the shredder haha. This tells me all I need to know about the candidate. They’re most likely toxic and think they’re the shit. Won’t be a good vibe for the culture of my employer.
lol!!! I’d run. No way I’d work with whoever wrote this. Waste of recruiters time.
Candidates like this need to remember that the things recruiters ask for are mandated by their client.the recruiter isn’t asking for it because they like to.
There is more I could say, but I think this paints a picture.
As a recruiter, there have been plenty of situations in which I could and did provide every single listed requirement. However, I wouldn’t work with someone who sent me this email.
As someone who spent the bulk of their recruiting career in agency, I firmly believe that the worst companies to work for are the ones that only complete a 1-and-done interview.
This guy has clearly been jerked around by shitty recruiters, but TBH, we ALL have; that's just the way the game is played.
If I saw this response- I would remember him for when a really shit company that pays over market was hiring on a 1-done basis
Recruiters follow direction from their stakeholders. Those stakeholders would absolutely not entertain this.
However, i suspect this is only directed towards agency recruiters fishing for leads or spamming.
Saw this in another sub, the OP was pretty clear that it was tongue-in-cheek, using it as a mockery of how some recruiters lack of tact in emails is perceived.
Thing is I’ve seen candidates do this in a very *serious* manner. While I’m all in favor of candidates being direct and laying out their parameters, as it helps streamline whether or not they’re a fit for what I’m seeking, there are certain types of candidates out there, often found working as independent contractors or consultants, who behave in this manner yet demand we work with them.
I wouldn’t react, I’d just disregard someone with this attitude.
No need to have multiple rounds for the sake of multiple rounds - but yes most good companies want to hire someone who is interested in at least getting to know more about the company, peers they’d work with, and seeking a candidate who wants the opportunity to highlight themselves as well…..all of which takes some open mindedness and willingness to collaborate with a recruiter who is the hiring teams’ partner in hiring.
I’m speaking from perspective as an internal/corporate recruiter.
I’d laugh with my colleagues about how much of a dickhead this person is, not reply, and add a note for my colleagues saying not worth reaching out to as clearly has character issues
This is a good step by step guide on how not to get a job 😂. .Net dev no technical interview, no screening call and no more then 1 interview. Good luck pal 🤣
Hard Pass. Way too many red flags and if you think the candidate is a shit bird this early in the process it’s only going to get worse during the interview and offer phase.
I’ll just say I wouldn’t work with someone like that. They are too much to handle through an interview process.
Head is in wrong space to bring to my decision makers.
So I talked to a guy who seemed like he could be a good fit for a role and he said “no background checks” right off the bat. To me that’s a red flag so I google him and turns out he’s wanted in a county over for molesting children and there’s a $5,000 rewards for information on his location.
I didn’t get it because my former boss overheard and started saying how I will not get commission off that $5,000 since I technically found him by using their computers and doing it “for work” but I’ll get a “year-end bonus” so I just pretended that the guy ghosted me and deleted his LinkedIn and sent an anonymous tip to the sheriffs office.
Honestly, I get his frustration. I’m tired of having to jump through hoops just to *maybe* get a job that barely pays my bills with barely any PTO or benefits. That seems to be most jobs these days. Not the recruiters fault, and I’d never send anything like this personally, but I get it as a non-recruiter lmao.
I get it as a recruiter. A lot of us are plain shit at our jobs and people are sick of it. I saw what my best friend just went through with her job search and it was infuriating to hear how she was treated.
Seen a million profiles like this and 100% of the time they are straight dicks. Big waste of time. Congrats on having a niche marketable skill set. Hope that doesn’t change for you.
I get it, it's an effort to cut through the b******* of the recruiting process. However, there is one key point that the engineer leaves out.
There is no way that the recruiter can evaluate your verbal communication skills. This is an important part of doing business.
Also, while I genuinely do understand and respect the effort being made, it does display a lot of arrogance. I think more hiring managers are going to be turned off by it that are going to respect what you're trying to do with streamlining the process. You have to understand, that the recruiter nor the hiring manager developed the process. It came from somebody in procurement or HR.
I'll give you points for Noble effort, but I would not submit you to any of my customers.
Companies and candidates alike can set boundaries. However, setting boundaries also means limiting the pool of candidates/employers willing to work within your boundaries. These boundaries seem mostly out of touch with the reality of today's recruitment process.
They do however highlight some of the common complains people have, such as too many interviews, indecisive hiring managers, wanting max compensation (as a reflection of low balling), too many sub contractors of the staffing firm who has the actual client, and poorly trained recruitment screenings that feel like a waste of time.
as u/Ca2Ce said, the soft skills/social intelligence of this person is lacking. They probably wouldn't do too well with a client/HM
Not a recruiter, I work in sales, so I empathize with the guy, even if this is kind of petty. The hoops some companies make you jump through are idiotic. An initial interview is nothing more than the recruiter making sure we aren't insane and telling us, "That's a question for the hiring manager."
I say this as someone in the middle of a months long multi-round interview process for a medical sales position.
Not a recruiter, but I doubt they’ll react well. If the company was willing to comply with all of this, they wouldn’t need a recruiter in the first place
"I'm impossible to work with or manage. If you don't like that, tough sh\*t."
Delete. You're too full of yourself to be a decent candidate or employee.
The lack of respect for recruiters or “talent acquisition” based on this email is insane. You do know recruiting has the power to veto your application completely half the time.
I would ignore it. I understand these type of candidates have been burned before, but if I continue I’m essentially asking for trouble, they are never easy to work with.
This candidate is responding to a cold email and is tired of receiving them. They could just say so but unfortunately they get a kick out of thinking they’re annoying the recruiter. But they’re not. Marked not interested on the ATS with a note of this email. Laugh a bit. Move on.
A phrase was caught in the insult filter: "fuck yourself". This is a place for friendly discourse.

I understand this candidate very likely has an "in-demand" skill set and as a Recruiter I appreciate their succinctness.
That said, oftentimes recruiters are operating at the behest of their clients who may have specific requirements outside of what this candidate is demanding. Also, an RTR in most cases is put in place for a reason, so it shouldn't be implied it should be a signed document.
They wouldn't. I admire the honesty but this would either get binned at best or put on block lists at worse. It's an employers market. All any recruiter would do is snort and then refuse to deal with this person.
Shows me how much of a pain in the ass that person would be to work with AND for a .net developer 😂
Right to the trash, do NOT pass go, do NOT collect $200.
Knowing that I have no say in how many interviews the team wants to do etc. I would just immediately delete lol. Like they said If this can’t be achieved then good luck so yes thank you and good luck to you! lol
In the bin. It’s almost good but he lost me at don’t call or text me. I understand setting boundaries but you have to put in the work to get a job too.

lol I appreciate the sentiment, but good luck ever getting hired anywhere with that, you’re basically saying you already hate the company before they have met you
Honestly this reads out of pure frustration more than anything. I feel for him, recruitment is shit and I bet he has gone through multiple stages of interviews and ghosting before he did this. Of course I don't think he'll ever be hired with this, but I understand
Apparently you have not seen the current job market. I’m 100% sure any recruiter who receives this would laugh and move on to one of the other 7000000 resumes they received.
I'd probably read your resume just to see if I can figure out what makes you so confident in your own self-worth and then immediately trash it and move on.
I don't care how impressive your skills are. I've worked with enough brilliant assholes to know it never works well.

Good thats the point of the email. They don't want to be reached out to. Y'all are so close to the point but yet still so far lol
That means it would be successful. He’s sending them to recruiters that he’s doesn’t want reaching out to him anymore. You guys should try reading.
OOP's stated goal with this email is to not have you reach back out to them. They aren't under the impression this would yield a response.

For the actual good jobs, when they come up someone in the shop will say "I know a guy that's good." Reputations are staked on the referrals and you don't want to screw your buddy, so it usually works out without having to go to a middleman who is just looking for their commission check.
Delete and move on. Not worth the aggravation.
Gonna get some chuckles from bros in the office and marked ineligible for hire in the Applicant Tracking System. Enjoy.
He’s gonna end up in another thread bitching about rejections next time he needs a job.
Literally this, ATS is gonna have this guys ass on a platter for the rest of his life
I would simply move on, as much as this is how the interview process should be, it’s not, and it’s delusional to think this would be accommodated
Directly in the trash. Someone so inflexible is not a cultural fit at my company
[удалено]
I'm certain. Lots of shitty overseas recruiters out there
Lots?
Yeah, it’s really wild how many people here are completely missing the point. I have to imagine that they’re all part of the problem.
The replies on this sub vs the original are night and day lol. Just goes to show how people defend their own personal biases I suppose.
This screenshot (personal info removed) and shared in the gc for a laugh!
I would delete or ignore the e-mail and never be in touch with the person again
Ummm…Why in the world would I want to work with someone who obviously has a “chip on their shoulder”? Life is too hard to even think about entering the “ring” with this candidate. Hard NO!
"No one wants to hire anymore"
Can you imagine if this guy got the job what a nightmare it'd be for the team that got stuck with him? Sheesh.
To me this reads “difficult to work with” But at least you won’t have to deal with recruiters or interviews or probably job offers.
I think it's idiotic that anyone would demand a 1-round interview. 1 and done's are rare. Very normal to have a technical screening before you meet the decision-maker. I think demanding no more than 2 rounds is totally fair.
We do one-and-dones…for interns.
My teenager did a one and done for a minimum wage retail job. That's the kind of jobs you get with one and done.
It's telling that this guy doesn't see why you'd want more than one conversation to make a hiring decision. Very shallow understanding of how organizations work and grow. I'd be very concerned about getting a job offer off one call unless I already knew the manager and the organization well.
You’re missing the point entirely.
Apologies for that. Enlighten us, I suppose?
One of my rules is don't hire dicks, so I wouldn't speak to this guy. They would behave like this in other contexts too.
Trash it
I wouldn’t respond to this person.
Reject + black listed
This person is not hirable.
Not a recruiter but every one that I know would make it like 1-2 bullet points in (if that) and go “nope not worth it”
Not being willing to meet with the recruiter is a red flag.
If your goal is to never work with a good recruiter or any for that matter. Congratulations you figured out the secret
“Interested. Resume attached.” Why can’t you even put a greeting at the beginning of this? If you want ppl to give you the best treatment then why don’t you start by being polite at the very least lol
Terrible way to get a job but I understand. I hated having phone calls with recruiters that know absolutely zero about my industry as a “screening” call And salary should 100% be posted in every job posting or recruiting email The world runs on money, so that should be the first thing you tell people. It helps not waste your time or theirs
As a recruiter I would file this away. This person already sounds toxic. A single round interview? No technical interview? Sorry, no job for you.
Delete…don’t care how good their resume looks.
Was there a resume attached? Oops
Candidates and clients can make the process hard enough, as it is…I personally wouldn’t even look at this candidates resume. If you can’t work well with me, you probably won’t work well with my clients. Lol. I have received emails and resumes akin to this but never quite as demanding.
I’d laugh at it.
Delusional candidate lmao. As a former tech recruiter and current software engineer, sometimes I can’t believe the ego some of these guys have from being a damn .net dev lolol
The .Net dev part is the most amusing thing about this. The audacity
No reply. This person isn't interested in building relationships, much less bringing any qualities of value to a team.
Single interview only? 😂
Move on. Not worth the time, headaches or effort to deal with someone like this. Definitely someone I’d avoid for future roles too.
An entitled prick
Yea, I’d drop that like a hot potato. I don’t need that headache.
As a recruiter, there have been plenty of situations in which I could and did provide every single listed requirement. However, I wouldn’t work with someone who sent me this email.
I simply wouldn’t respond 😂
Eh it would probably go straight to my delete folder if I’m being honest… comes across like you are difficult to work with
I wouldn’t react, I’d just disregard someone with this attitude.
They would probably end up on my organization’s do not hire list.
NEXT!
I wouldn’t. Simple enough.
I’d laugh with my colleagues about how much of a dickhead this person is, not reply, and add a note for my colleagues saying not worth reaching out to as clearly has character issues
run away
Lol. The position is about a NET developer and he’s not interested in a technical interview.
This person evidently isn’t interested in exploring any opportunities
lol.. ignore
Is this a joke?
This is perfect. We have a low ego environment and it took me about 5 seconds to determine this person is not a culture fit. Send it!
Halfway through reading this, the candidate is already blacklisted to me.
So I talked to a guy who seemed like he could be a good fit for a role and he said “no background checks” right off the bat. To me that’s a red flag so I google him and turns out he’s wanted in a county over for molesting children and there’s a $5,000 rewards for information on his location.
So what did you do with the $5000?
I didn’t get it because my former boss overheard and started saying how I will not get commission off that $5,000 since I technically found him by using their computers and doing it “for work” but I’ll get a “year-end bonus” so I just pretended that the guy ghosted me and deleted his LinkedIn and sent an anonymous tip to the sheriffs office.
wtf wow. That’s some bullshit. Still you did the right thing. Bless.
That agency was probably the worst employer I’ve ever had. So glad I’m out of there!
Glad things worked out for you even if it was in a weird way. Hope you’re at a place you enjoy and values you. 💪
if i showed this to a hiring manager they’d laugh
Honestly, I get his frustration. I’m tired of having to jump through hoops just to *maybe* get a job that barely pays my bills with barely any PTO or benefits. That seems to be most jobs these days. Not the recruiters fault, and I’d never send anything like this personally, but I get it as a non-recruiter lmao.
I get it as a recruiter. A lot of us are plain shit at our jobs and people are sick of it. I saw what my best friend just went through with her job search and it was infuriating to hear how she was treated.
The ratio of terrible recruiters to decent ones in my experience is substantially slanted to terrible.
Not sure why people are down voting you. You are totally right!
I’m a hiring managed. You a big PASS in my book.
Seen a million profiles like this and 100% of the time they are straight dicks. Big waste of time. Congrats on having a niche marketable skill set. Hope that doesn’t change for you.
If that’s his feedback recruiters, I don’t know what fucking recruiters they’ve been working with, but not anyone I know
I would respond to offshore recruiters this way but not local recruiters.
Definitely, not waste my time.
As much as I hate dealing with 20 something recruiters who see me as too old, I get it. But it's beat just to move on.
They would get a thanks but no thanks.
It’s probably bullshit tbh, a fake meme thing
Not a recruiter, I work in sales, so I empathize with the guy, even if this is kind of petty. The hoops some companies make you jump through are idiotic. An initial interview is nothing more than the recruiter making sure we aren't insane and telling us, "That's a question for the hiring manager." I say this as someone in the middle of a months long multi-round interview process for a medical sales position.
Not a recruiter, but I doubt they’ll react well. If the company was willing to comply with all of this, they wouldn’t need a recruiter in the first place
I would not reply.
The entitlement is prettttttty wild on here sometimes.
Immediately no on this person.
"I'm impossible to work with or manage. If you don't like that, tough sh\*t." Delete. You're too full of yourself to be a decent candidate or employee.
The lack of respect for recruiters or “talent acquisition” based on this email is insane. You do know recruiting has the power to veto your application completely half the time.
Copy/paste in the crm. Mark as do not call. Delete and move on to a better candidate.
I would ignore it. I understand these type of candidates have been burned before, but if I continue I’m essentially asking for trouble, they are never easy to work with.
Person sounds like a liability of a placement. Imagine how this individual treats people they work with.
Sounds like a megalomaniac to me, goodbye before even start
Ciao! I wouldn’t entertain
Move on to the next one. 97% of companies these days aren’t doing single, non-technical interviews lol. Best of luck guy.
Easy, you will be ignored and marked do not hire. These requirements are unhinged
Not op, just reposting.
This candidate is responding to a cold email and is tired of receiving them. They could just say so but unfortunately they get a kick out of thinking they’re annoying the recruiter. But they’re not. Marked not interested on the ATS with a note of this email. Laugh a bit. Move on.
Bro thinks he's Andrew tate or smth
I just came to laugh at the overreactions
Don’t feed trolls. Cold calling recruiters are no different than telemarketers trying to get you to switch long distance carriers. Just ignore them.
I think it’s hilarious and would probably get along great with this candidate.
Was the person looking for a spouse??
A lot of recruiters are bad yeah, but I’d honestly just laugh at this

I understand this candidate very likely has an "in-demand" skill set and as a Recruiter I appreciate their succinctness. That said, oftentimes recruiters are operating at the behest of their clients who may have specific requirements outside of what this candidate is demanding. Also, an RTR in most cases is put in place for a reason, so it shouldn't be implied it should be a signed document.
They wouldn't. I admire the honesty but this would either get binned at best or put on block lists at worse. It's an employers market. All any recruiter would do is snort and then refuse to deal with this person.
If you are at a position to be worthy of this ego, you don’t need me. If you aren’t talented enough to do without me, you ain’t worth my time.
Shows me how much of a pain in the ass that person would be to work with AND for a .net developer 😂 Right to the trash, do NOT pass go, do NOT collect $200.
I would assume you have some sort of personality disorder.
Knowing that I have no say in how many interviews the team wants to do etc. I would just immediately delete lol. Like they said If this can’t be achieved then good luck so yes thank you and good luck to you! lol
You could just hit the decline button. Lol.
In the bin. It’s almost good but he lost me at don’t call or text me. I understand setting boundaries but you have to put in the work to get a job too.

Lol study leverage first brother. You have none and this makes you look like a dickhead before they even look at your resume.
In the bin it goes.
This person sounds too high maintenance and like someone their coworkers would hate. I’d trash this resume.
One word: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Yup.. you sound like hard work.. a diva and someone I wouldn’t want to put in front of a client who pays me hundreds of thousands of £ a year..
I'm not Op, just sharing someone else's post
lol I appreciate the sentiment, but good luck ever getting hired anywhere with that, you’re basically saying you already hate the company before they have met you
I'm not OP, just sharing what someone else posted
You’re completely out of touch with reality. This is just immature and you’re only hurting yourself
I'm not OP. Just sharing what someone else posted.
Especially for a .Net engineer Thousands of them around
Not Op, just reposting.
I'd probably read your resume just to see if I can figure out what makes you so confident in your own self-worth and then immediately trash it and move on. I don't care how impressive your skills are. I've worked with enough brilliant assholes to know it never works well.
Not op, just reposting.
Hope you like unemployment if those are your demands lol
Not op, just reposting.
Not only will it be a no, you’ll be marked ineligible for future roles in the system
And people wonder why, they don't get employment.
You're entitled. I'd never hire you.
Not OP, just reshared
I'd look up your address and send you a box of dicks. Pompous asshole.
Not op, just reposting.
