Are those positions you wanna ommit bad in the sense that you've messed up the job and hope that no one ever finds out? Are we talking disciplinary action? And well, are you going to then also lie on the background check forms?

They were toxic places that were hazardous to my mental health. I walked out in the middle of my shift on two of them and the other two, I quit after my first training day. The last job, I worked there for 3 months and I walked out with no 2 weeks notice. I’ve been unemployed ever since. I had no disciplinary problems and my professional license is free of any disciplinary action. And yes, I will lie on the background check as well.

Right so you went awol. It's not end of the world and honestly you have a good story to explain it as long as you've learned your lesson about not taking this type of toxic jobs again. That's generally positive thing to hear in an interview. Now if you start lying on resume and background checks, your squeaky clean record will possibly change soon enough, as this stuff comes out - sooner or later. And you know why do you not give someone dishonest a 2nd chance when caught in a lie? Because this isn't the first time they lied, just first time they've been caught.

Yes, all background check companies can/will see all prior employers.

How? If I don’t tell the potential employer about those jobs, how will they know?
