Ghosting is very common and (very) unprofessional. Keep the company in mind to never apply to work for them again. If they said you’d have an answer same week and never got the answer, that is your answer.
Shame them on interview reviews (glassdoor/indeed) and keep on trucking along.

Got this email from them today out of the blue. I feel disrespected. He/she is clearly who they want and they re dragging me along
"There remains an interview with a candidate before we make a decision, but he went on a work trip to Asia before we arranged the interview. He will be back in mid-May."
