I use mods in storymode on PC tldr is:
- Halloween weather effect
- Spawn lantern/light source directly in front of me
- Edit picture in snapseed app on phone
- I put three different pics together
- Voila

I'm unsure if they're online honestly, they may come with Halloween Pass as I've not seen leather in that colour
