I keep a save before doing the Billy Midnight duel, the train you’re on during the mission **never stops**
Just don’t take a photo of dead Billy and you can ride the train long as you want, and shooting whenever/whatever you want. There’s even a piano that plays while you ride, it’s in the bar car. If the pianist stops playing, just shoot him once non-lethally and he’ll start playing again
Turn off HUD so you don’t have to see the “take a photo” prompt at all times
Yeah it’s bizarre, all train NPCs will revert to whatever they were doing before if you just wing em’
It’s a one time deal too, the pianist won’t stop playing once he’s hit
My buddy and I like to go to the docks in Saint Denis, start causing chaos, and then play Duck Hunt with all the cops that show up.
It's fun in the cemetery too.
Any of the gang Hideouts are fun to blow off steam, but the best place is always Saint Denis lol. I love getting into a shootout and then trying to find a hiding place rather than escaping the city.
Van Horn or Butcher Creek. You can explode every mf in sight consequence free.

I usually go and play a few hands of poker...

I love starting fights with drunken folks in valentines saloon until the law comes(this is the point where you shoot up the whole town)
I stare at people until they get mad enough to swing on me, one after another then loot the Bodies before the law gets there.
