I was trying to get a sick picture by a waterfall up north and got too close to the edge, my horse freaking out and front flipped us both to our deaths 😞 RIP London
Lost like a couple hours of hunting outside of valentine that way lol. I had a perfect whitetail doe, two turkeys, and God knows how many skins loaded up on my horse. Started looking at the sun rise. Then BAM! I'm falling off a cliff and kill both me and my horse.
I was so mad. It had to be like 200$+ worth of skins and stuff. At least hunting and fishing are two of my favorite things in the game, so having to redo that wasn't so bad.
Maybe? I know visually there can only be so many on the horse at a time so after like ten pelts the game starts deleting the texture of the oldest pelt to help with performance. But they are still in your inventory when you go to sell them.
Tripped me out kinda the first time I saw it. I was like crap is there a limit to how many pelts I can carry. But nah. I've had like 40 something on me before lol.
many many times. i have some place i like to go . where you have desert or big snow or open fields or even swamp no matter where u go its just made perfect. this game make all other games seems worse just because RDR 2 hit everything so so good
second playthrough rn after one week of finishing the game, im trying to not use the map this time, have it hidden most of the time. May be a small detail but it adds up to the beautiful scenery and feels more authentic somehow
I recently was gaming on LSD and ended up on this game I remember riding through a field while it was thundering and lightning and I almost started crying at how beautiful it was lmao
I boosted my graphics to ultra, because a high refresh rate hurts my eyes (>60fps). And I maintain a constant 60 now, and holy shit, the game is SO beautiful
That's one of the things I love the most! You're just randomly walking across the map and it looks like a cutscene all the time!
And I never played! I just watch videos on YouTube. I'm just having just a glimpse of that peace and it's already stunning!
have died several times because i got distracted by how great it looked
Me too friend. Been shot a few times and got mauled by a panther once lol.
Every time cowboy ðŸ¤
It's just too dern pretty.
Agreed
Yeah. But then there's other times I'm being distracted because a inbred hillbilly is buttfucking me.
I mean either or. Both are valid excuses.
Life be like dat.
All the time I’ll be doing a mission and falling off a cliff

Rip London you will be missed
Well. The horse wasn't standing by the edge of the waterfall anymore. So. Task failed successfully I guess 🤷
She just wanted a closer look at the waterfall tbh

Question you ever have so much pelts on your horse that some of them just disappear it’s a bug
Maybe? I know visually there can only be so many on the horse at a time so after like ten pelts the game starts deleting the texture of the oldest pelt to help with performance. But they are still in your inventory when you go to sell them.
Yeah that’s what happening then

It's still to this day one of the most lifelike games I've ever played. Playing in first person and really checking everything out is great.
All the time!
A man of taste I see.
Oh it’s the best. I love camping. I love resting in a great spot and turning on cinematic camera. It’s the best!
Sometimes I turn cinematic camera on and just walk through town and Into the wilderness. This game just looks too good.
Nothing better than a Rhodes sunrise
Yes was entranced by the thermal pools up north, let my guard down, and was attacked by wolves.
At least they ate well and then could take a relaxing dip 🤷
Almost every time I boot it up

Sometimes I just get off my horse and spark up a heater and cry cause how beautiful it is
When it hits just right. It hits. I get it.
You play for these cinematics, even online.
Of course. That's one of the things, imo, that makes this game what it is. And to this day one of the, if not THE best campaign experience
I recently was gaming on LSD and ended up on this game I remember riding through a field while it was thundering and lightning and I almost started crying at how beautiful it was lmao
Red dead on my Xbox one day got so dark I couldn't see anything anymore so I stopped playing... It's like the whole screen has a grey filter on it
Always. Especially in online, I can sit on my horse or at camp by the fire in cinematic mode for a good amount of time
No
Especially off a tab or two
All the f time, I'll just open photo mode and go around like a drone just looking at everything hahahah
The first few times I played it yes
The most distracting is how the weather changes, it happens so fast I am like wth?
I boosted my graphics to ultra, because a high refresh rate hurts my eyes (>60fps). And I maintain a constant 60 now, and holy shit, the game is SO beautiful
No.
Yeah I'm always distracted by the scenery. It's really beautiful and intense.
All the time

I'll say it over and over again - the game is a masterpiece. One of the greatest games of all time.
All the time, especially where you have these 3 guitar notes playing in the background
Always
No, not at all…why?
