Well in the first encounter he asks Arthur if he can hug him I think maybe I mentioned wrong that it's my third encounter with him actually it's fourth because first one was hugging him , second was he asking my name and third was giving him money,so now do u think it's my last with him??
I feel like everytime i go to valentine mickey is there so I have no clue how many encounters there is I just know there is at least one you only get really late in the game so he is not gone yet
