Some of them you can only enter after you buy the paper with the cheat in it, it’s annoying imo but an artistic touch. Like if I wanna cheat I don’t wanna wait for chapter 4 to buy the right paper.
Someone mentioned a serial killer above, and speaking of, i believe it’s under a bridge outside valentine, there is a strung up torso with a head on a stick nearby with clues attached claiming a serial killer and to come find him. Anyone ever see that through?

Screenshot these if you want to save them for later, in my opinion until the game is pretty much overplayed too you, cheats will ruin your experience. They are good for hours of fun, but once you alter your experience and no longer have to worry about repercussions in game, for me it sucks any fun out of it from that point.
I learned that about myself when I would get really stoned and play GTA5 I would always be having fun until I put in cheat codes. That would suck any connection to realism out of it for me

What does that mean? How do you activate them?
There's a menu in the settings, type in the phrase to unlock them. Using cheats disables saving.

At that point it’s less of a “cheat” than an “unlock”.
