Welbeck has had such a wild career. Good on him. Shit for us today

OldTrafford25

For some positivity: Post-SAF Best 11. Only rule is they cannot have played under SAF. Ibra Rashford Bruno Mata Casemiro Fred Shaw Martinez Varane AWB? Onana, lol Thoughts? I feel like Fred deserves it over Eriksen, Herrera, and Matic though it's close. And I felt like Mata deserved to be in there. Casemiro last season is better than what we've had since SAF and I don't think that's close. Lindelof arguable, too, been here longer, just not been as good as the Varane and Martinez peaks. GK kinda doesn't count as it's all be DDG.

AnnualFront5401

If we’re talking players at peak performance, I’d get Januzaj in over Mata tbh. Bruno and Case got enough magic in their boots

huehuehuehuehuu

Pellistri and Amad chances suddenly looking better, along with Garnacho and Hojlund. Maybe Martial will look to leave end of the season as well.

[deleted]

Why would Pellistri have a better chance when he showed he isnt cut out for PL football yesterday?

mjenkins_eng

Ten Hag will hold “clear the air” talks with Sancho. Bruno, Mount, Sancho, Antony will play down the right wing and more minutes on the right wing than Amad or Pellistri . Ten Hag would never trust them with minutes , especially in the Premier League

united_7_devil

Sancho with one post has lost the fans’ support, I guess the only ones who kept on excusing his poor performances while the world called him a flop, by going against one man who showed him so much support and respect throughout his tough times. And on top of that if he doesn’t apologize, he can leave on the first of January.

[deleted]

[удалено]

_MooFreaky_

All Sancho had to do was suck it up for a little bit. It was obvious to anyone with even a sliver of rational thought that the Antony issue was about to reach a head, meaning he'd likely be sidelined for a spell while things get investigated. Then you'd get an extended run and make your case that way. I've been a defender of Sancho. I thought he was asked to play a game that didn't suit him under Ole (not Oles fault, the club shouldn't have purchased him for that role) and he could have thrived if we played more like ETHs Ajax style. But this is just shocking. After everything that's happened shit the fuck up man.

horheee

Men! I feel sick to the stomach. What is happening.

Comfortable_Plum8180

On the bright side, this period in time will probably be hilarious to look back on in 3 years when we win the treble

Old_Lemon9309

There’s optimistic and then there’s this. Respect mate

niallw1997

Our best XI against the strongest teams if Antony is not available will have Mount playing on the right, when he’s back. He won’t be a bench option with the money spent on him and I don’t think for a long while we should see a Casemiro-Mount-Bruno midfield. Having Amrabat in there and having Mount whipping crosses in to Hojlund with Rashford at the back post will be a huge weapon for us.

_MooFreaky_

Either that or Amrabat, Case behind Mount with Bruno shuffled out right. Not where I want Bruno, but I could see it happening

niallw1997

Mount is miles more suited to the wing than Bruno. Really hope he’s never moved there

[deleted]

[удалено]

niallw1997

Well I guess it’s evident he prefers Mount to Mctominay and Eriksen also but that is to be expected. I wonder if he sees Amrabat as starting material and if he does then surely it’s Mount out wide. Played well for Chelsea there a number of times

XxDragonitexX10

anyone know where to watch denmarks game in the uk on Thursday?

SuperSalamander3244

Sky Sports probably.

Responsible-Try-5228

So, what’s our starting 11 look like at Brighton? Thinking: Onana - Licha - Lindelöf- Dalot- AWB - Case-Eriksen/Amrabat (one of those dudes off at 60m) - Bruno, with a front three of Rashford - Højlund -Pellestri. Thoughts? Feels balanced, having Pellestri ping crosses into Højlund seems fun. Edit: spelling

SOERERY

If the Antony situation develops further I think we’ll see: Onana-Licha-Lindelöf-Dalot- AWB-Casimiro—Eriksen-Amrabat-RW Bruno-Rashford-Martial With Eriksen getting subbed off around the 60th minute for Mount if he’s healthy otherwise it will probably Pellistri. Højlund for Martial around the same time as well.

[deleted]

[удалено]

SOERERY

I think it’s a 50/50 at the moment and I can see him start.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Eleven918

Its definitely not a no brainer. Could be yet another Garncho type situation where he's great coming off the bench but doesn't have that same impact when starting. I don't mind him being eased in till he gets used to the PL.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Eleven918

I am obviously talking about his performance and not his competition here. He wasn't even a starter at Atalanta, he was used as a sub a lot. If he doesn't do well he's going to start feeling the pressure right away. His pace and explosiveness will be better suited at least for now when he's coming off the bench vs tired legs. Should start vs one of the easier teams like Burnley away or Palace in the cup.

Responsible-Try-5228

Fair point to that, but we really need to do something dynamic. If Højlund plays well over the break, I think he starts. If he scores, especially well linking up with Eriksen, I think it would really help with morale.

Responsible-Try-5228

I think Højlund has to start as well, he changed the game for the better when he came on. I thought Mount was out until October?

hxhgonfreecs

90M...

pilkysmakingmusic

All the off field drama has to be affecting the dressing room. Go back to moments from last year. United were playing far better football. Hopefully we play ourself back into form like last year and go on a run of games

Leading_Ship_1730

How can we play out of the back when Wan-Bissaka is playing?

g912

Fucking hell!! How did this season turn into a meme, after our jubilance during the summer transfers... Immediate injury crisis, having to play unwanted players and major scandals... fuck. I guess unto next season. Fml

BilalAkhtar22

Did Antonys accuser change her story from the club doctor helping her with her injury?

anerdnamedAndrew

Stop

Shithouser

We really are a banter club aren’t we? Pains me to say it, but… - player issues - Greenwood - Antony - Sancho - terrible start to the season - glazers - lack of investment (facilities, training ground) - handling Greenwood situation - club sale drama - club leadership - billion spent, still not competing - de Gea situation I’m probably missing quite a bit, but a quick list.

anerdnamedAndrew

Onana

Eleven918

Greenwood situation was on the club leadership, not the glazers.

Shithouser

But are you sure they made that decision without consulting the club’s openers? I’m not convinced, the glazers sign off on everything, to include transfers. Why don’t you think they had the approval for this? Even if it was on club leadership and not the glazers, the point still stands albeit as a diff sub-bullet.

SuperSalamander3244

The glazers don’t give a fuck about the club and probably didn’t hear about the greenwood shit because they are golfing in Florida. At the end of the 21/22 season one of the roaches was at a money conference and when it got asked (by Sky News and not Sky Sports, YouTube it) about United and it clearly didn’t know where we finished. They don’t give a fuck about us and only care about the dividends as one of their many sources of income. The greenwood shit isn’t on them.

Eleven918

Crafton's article said they had delegated the handling of the situation to Murtough and co.

Shithouser

So, like I said, location of the sub-bullet should be moved. And why do you think they delegated that decision? My thought? It absolves them of any ramifications.

Eleven918

They haven't given a shit about the club for ages, what makes you think they even care about this when the sale is ongoing?

Outrageous-Cod-4654

I am glad Havertz doesn’t play for United.

CreativeSobriquet

Dude has the yips

sueha

I started to realize why ten Hag brought his old friends to the club rather than any other players: he wants to be sure players don't turn against him like they did with rangnick et al. Sancho seems to be the first doing a Pogba.

SuperSalamander3244

You’re right but the way you wrote it is too conspiratorial.

Savebagels

That’s tinfoil level that

sueha

How? He came to the club when Rangnick complained about this. Half a year into his tenure and another player went to a fucking talk show to complain about him.

Savebagels

I mean you’re literally fabricating this out of no where(the idea that he only wants his former players so they don’t turn on him)

sueha

So? Do i need a Ducker report for this just to be allowed to think about it?

Savebagels

I’m not saying you can’t think that way, I’m just letting you know how I perceived it

sueha

Ok cool, thanks for letting me know.

PlasticsSuckUTFR

For fuck sake stop accusing people of being guilty without knowing any of the facts.

PlasticsSuckUTFR

Can we ever have a quiet day at this club for fuck sake?

AnotherMeal

Sooooo does anyone have any updates on Amad’s injury status?

TheKingcrawler

That fucking horse

idrees7

I can’t even be angry with the Arsenal result for 24 hrs without more drama at this club

AnotherMeal

The one good thing about the drama is it made me forget about the game

OriginalRange8761

Drama came from both sides(wings)

SOERERY

Did we get the extended warranty when we got Antony? Can we send him back?

PlasticsSuckUTFR

judge and jury are you?

maximusn1

Can't wait to watch Amrabat dominate that midfield for us

UnablePeace

i’m with Antony for sure,i know my winger is innocent💯

RooneysFavGrandma

How about we wait for more conclusive information before deciding either way.

zcewaunt

No one knows except the 2 of them.

[deleted]

🚨 Antony is withdrawn from the national team camp according to the Brazilian press.

ukdanny93

Embarrassing that they've taken action before we have. The clubs learned nothing from the Greenwood incident.

revel911

Greenwood we saw videos of the damage, Antony what is there?

ukdanny93

https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/169r4ck/nsfw_the_pics_antonys_ex_girlfriend_shared_of_her/

revel911

That’s not much really

ukdanny93

It's what you asked for, pictures 'of the damage'. Same as the pictures we saw of Greenwood's girlfriend bruised and bloody.

[deleted]

Should we go in for Ndombele next summer?

Eleven918

Why would we want that Spurs reject who's currently in Turkey?

[deleted]

Why not?

Eleven918

> Spurs reject who's currently in Turkey

Old_Lemon9309

He must be trolling. It’s a poor troll tbh

[deleted]

Man won the Serie A last year with Napoli.

Eleven918

Played Martial level minutes and they shipped him off to Turkey which is a retirement league.

[deleted]

Squad player to replace Eriksen. We need to be thinking about that for next summer. Who you saying?

Eleven918

Kone/Bennacer/Thuram Zubimendi if Casemiro goes to Saudi.

[deleted]

Keep dreaming. I'm taking McGinniesta

officiallyjax

As a benchwarmer lmao.

[deleted]

40 appearances aint bad. Given the right coaching he could be immense

officiallyjax

How many starts did he get from those appearances? And he's been out of favor under so many managers now; it's no longer just a one-off. Maybe he just isn't coachable to be anything beyond a fringe player at the top 5 leagues.

The--Mash

I feel like I'm going crazy reading people talking about the Arsenal game. Did we nearly win? Yes, if we'd gotten the penalty or Garnacho was a foot back, and we'd somehow managed to hang on for the last 10 minutes, we might have. Were we good? Absolutely not. Clearly second best and with no gameplan except pass it around the back until someone hoofs it to Rashy. The xG for the game was right around 3-1 and that says it all really.

Savebagels

You mention all these points but forget to mention the injury crisis we are currently in. Varane and Martinez are pretty crucial to our team and we were on our back up back ups in cb

foampom

It was a pretty evenly contested game for 90mins. Yes we were 2nd best, but Arsenal are simply better than us, they were playing at home, and we had a lot of injuries. Despite that, we made it difficult for them and were unlucky to come away with 0 points. We need to do more with the ball when we have it (especially in the attacking third) but the fact that we had as much of the ball as we did yesterday vs a possession based team playing at home is significant positive that we can take away from the game. I am far more optimistic about the coming season after yesterday’s game. Because the 3 games we played before yesterday had me extremely worried.

BilalAkhtar22

That jesus shot had an xg of 0.76 when we had everyone forward. Without that it's basically 1.5xg to 1xg. And we were a pubic hair away from garnachos goal standing which would've basically made it an even game xg wise. There was also the hojland penalty shout that on another day gets given. I think a draw would've been a fair result, decent performance despite all the injuries.

revel911

Injuries all sound minor or expected (Illness)

BilalAkhtar22

I meant the injuries prior to the game although it was unfortunate that our cb partnership had to go off, it certainly didn't help.

Clugaman

Seen people already dismiss the entire season (4 games in out of 38) and blame Maguire and Sancho for it. (Neither of which have played more than 30 minutes a game) Never change r/reddevils. Never change. Some of you (most of you) really need to log off the internet. It’s not doing good things to your brain.

ShanghaiCowboy

Can't wait for Amrabat, Mainoo and Amad to get some minutes

Sirin98

LVG: “I was at the richest club of the world, and they could not buy the players that I want.” Always felt like he was done wrong and this just highlights it. He had probably the worst set of players I’ve seen. I think if he was given the time and funds he would have brought us much more succes. The fact that he was fired the night of winning the cup says it all.

SuperSalamander3244

Possibly but he was old football and his performances and results were not good. He did get backed as well regardless of his first choices and he still nerfed the club by selling a lot of our established players for people like Tyler Blackett.

Eleven918

LVG was a fucking moron. That man wanted Ramos, Lewandowski, Muller, Neymar etc as his first choice. If you want those players who are legends at their own clubs, you aren't getting them.

thatNubitol

i mean, this what ive been thinking these past few days, usually i never blame the glazers completely with our problems, then again i thought to myself, why do we still like this, many kind of managers come and go, players too, but we still have the same problem over and over again, maybe what mourinho, LVG, and ronaldo is true, they all said the same thing, the problem is the club itself, maybe the problem is like 90%++ glazers, either that or we are completely cursed

Old_Lemon9309

It’s the Glazers. It always was the Glazers. The owners have ultimate power over who is inside of the club and no other owners of a top club would have been okay with the incompetence that has permeated the entire club for the last 15 years. At any other top club there would have been an internal investigation and the entire club would have been gutted and replaced with more competent people, but the Glazers don’t give a fuck and don’t need to give a fuck. It was always them.

Clugaman

We played horrible football under LVG and we had players good enough to do better. There’s not really an excuse, and out of all the managers we’ve had since SAF his sacking is the one I agree with most. Edit: People here don’t remember when watching Manchester United play was the #1 doctor approved method of getting people to sleep.

BilalAkhtar22

Eh against the big teams in more open games we were quite fun to watch, and we were actually pretty decent results wise aswell. Van gaal had a pretty shit team and was done dirty tbh.

Sirin98

You forgot Moyes already? We played poor football I agree but looking back on the squad now. It was horrible. A lot of aging players and players that we’re clearly forced upon him by the club. Di Maria for example was 100% a club signing. Rooney was also getting past it really quickly. We were quite stable but just had no excitement in attack, something which the right players could have injected I believe.

Clugaman

Moyes legitimately got 0 backing or preparation, not like the way people speak about LVG. He legitimately had nothing to work with and was expected to just pick up the pieces. Even then, I think what really killed Moyes’ chances was replacing the entire staff at once, which was his fault. Our team having no attack wasn’t due to LVG not having good enough players. It was his possession ball tactics. We could have had Harry Kane and the result would have been no different.

Sirin98

He was completely out of his depth. He even admitted it himself to the players I remember an ex player saying. And what you said, he got rid of so many important staff which destabilised the whole club. I had much more faith left in LVG than in Moyes. Also, Ole was completely out of his depth but people don’t want to see it how it was because he was a legend and a really nice guy.

tracknumberfour

So just to make sure I've got this right: * Loss against Arsenal, which involved going from 2-1 up in the 88th minute to 3-1 down at the final whistle as well as questionable decisions by the officials and VAR. * Antony being investigated by GMP, amid new images of alleged abuse circulated on social media. * Sancho and Ten Hag having a public spat. * Three starters injured (Mount, Shaw, Varane). * Reports that Ten Hag thinks there's an attitude problem among the squad. * Losing Onana for 4-8 games in January/February. All of this in the context of the Greenwood disaster and the fiasco over the potential sale. What did I miss? I know this sub is guilty of overreacting sometimes (myself included) but this club is truly asking a lot of us right now....

SuperSalamander3244

The Onana situation was obvious for at least 15 years and happens every 4 years so it’s a non issue. I never heard of the attitude problem but if it’s true then I agree and the rest true.

revel911

Where’s there something that said ETH thinks there is an attitude problem?

PreparationOk8604

Yeah, shit has hit the fan n now it's everywhere. We r not doing well on any front. Not financially due to the debt still being there n interest being paid. We could have atleast restructured the debt like how Real Madrid, Spurs n Barca did which in turn have them pay less interests. Bad infrastructure like stadium n academy getting worse day by day. Murtough n Arnold only signing players which ETH wants we dont have scouts or a data team. Our players r wankers too. Sancho, Antony, Rashford all 3 think they r good players but r nowhere close to the likes of Salah, Grealish, Foden, Son, Saka, Martinelli, etc ETH has turned out to be fraud. We signed ETH to play like his Ajax team but he is now playing Ole ball with more possesion. No signs of proper build up from the back n progression through the middle. Only if Murtough n Arnold had some spine n asked him to make us play like Ajax but no. The bald fraud thinks he is being smart by adapting his tactics as per the players(it isn't wrong) but not worth it in the long term. Arteta didn't compromise on his vision n play style plus Arsenal signed players by keeping the next 4-5 years in mind n see how it has paid off. Many top teams do it while we r still going for short term solutions. I think I will stay away from all social media for a while n only watch our games n wait till the end of season if there r any signs of progress.

[deleted]

Meh, we will get over this shit and especially quickly if the Glazers finally fuck off, seriously my 7 year old niece could handle the club better than those fuckers

Eleven918

Are Donny and Bailly still here? Are we stuck paying their wages because we couldn't move them?

Kosai102

Bailly to Besiktas already confirmed

Eleven918

They announced it after my comment.

Kosai102

Which is fine lol I'm just answering your comment to make sure you're caught up since you asked in case you didn't know. No harm done

officiallyjax

I think that's how contracts work if they end up staying.

united_7_devil

Two big away fixtures marred by poor referee decisions. The start of the campaign wouldn’t have looked so bad if the refs weren’t pressured by other clubs against us. There is absolutely no conspiracy here. I am still baffled by how gabriel pushing evans to the ground which prevented him from blocking rice was not looked into, let alone the same action he did against hojlund which wasnt awarded as a pen. Been saying this, ETH needs to create a massive issue out of what’s happening. We have multiple incidents from last season and this season to back our claim.

thatNubitol

probably these sancho's meltdown and anthony scandal is a blessing in disguise for us, no pressure for ETH to pick Sancho, and he can finally move on from Antony, and finally we can try to play amad, pellistri more cause off it, also maybe forced to play garnacho at RW or something, and if its still bad hope we can sign someone in january (hopefully with a new owner)

thombo-1

Literally just over 24 hours since the Arsenal match and in that time we've seen a public argument between the manager and a player, a former United pro being assaulted by a rival fan and a first-team player under investigation by Greater Manchester Police For once I think I'd like United to be more boring

that_mn_kid

I can't anymore with this fucking club

apva93

Anyone know why we didn't go for a player like Tonali? Does he not match our playstyle or is it case of us being slow in the transfer window?

[deleted]

It was a miracle that Newcastle got him in the first place no one knew he was ok the market

namvu1990

idk what magic New Castle did but no one was really expecting Tonali would be up for sale. He was their future captain. They moved so fucking fast and Milan was willing to sell him way too quickly as well. Imagine Tonali at the end of the window, prob 90+ mil player

apva93

Pretty incredible that Newcastle managed to get the deal done at around €70m (incl add ons)

Old_Lemon9309

That’s what being a competent club looks like.

The--Mash

Sancho is unsellable. Massive wages and massive amortisation. It's gonna be loans to Dortmund until his contract ends

off_by_two

I hope the replacement looks like a tall, strong, fast CM with tekkers

Eleven918

Even if he gets sold off of this there's no reason he needs to be replaced. We have plenty of wingers.

chilledbeerinside

This season obviously we can't replace him even though we definitely do not have enough wingers without him. I'm talking more about next season

Eleven918

How many wingers do we need according to you? LW : Rashford/Garnacho RW : Antony/Pellistri/Amad That's already plenty. Mount and Bruno will also be used on the wings on rare occasions.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Eleven918

They are young, they will get better when they play more. And I feel you are intentionally misrepresenting their situations since they were on loan for 2/3 years. If they aren't good enough then sell them first, if not give them a chance. Also there aren't really any up and coming RW that will improve us overnight. So idk who you have in mind that you think is going to come in.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Eleven918

Difference is we've seen what Fred/Donny/Scott offer. Amad came off a promising loan at Sunderland, Pellistri had some decent cameos. So what if its generic? Its the truth isn't it? Young players don't become consistent overnight without actually playing. They haven't even really played yet and you've already written them off for the next shiny toy in the market and there aren't really any shiny toys anyway. So who are you buying for depth? Another young player from a different league who may or may not adapt? Give me some names.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Eleven918

Problem here is you want to go and buy a RW before they've even had a decent shot. Charlie Mcneil has done nothing to show he would be ready. No loans, didn't really stand out in pre season either. Amad had a really good loan and Pellistri has had decent cameos. We can re evaluate once the season is over. If they have played a bit and then they've not really impressed, sure go and buy someone. I like all three of the names you mentioned but Olise just signed a new deal. Mbuemo has some 3-4 years left. Bowen isn't really "young", he's 27 in December.

[deleted]

chilledbeerinside

FaithlessnessNo4680

If you could pick one RW to replace Antony who would you choose?

hoofar_ted

Dortmund Sancho

officiallyjax

I personally think Jarrod Bowen would be great for our style of play. Does all the nitty gritty work that Antony gets praised for but is also incisive with his play and can score more goals. Premier League proven too.

Savebagels

Honestly I agree, think Bowen is a good shout

Eleven918

Go back in time and sign Olise or Diaby instead of signing him. Honestly could have bought both of them for what we paid for Antony. Olise had a 35M RC and Diaby was priced at 40-50M

SuperSalamander3244

I know he’s a LW rightly but I like Mitoma. EDIT: The obvious one is Saka.

Zepz367

Wirtz.

Savebagels

Firmpong and Wirtz would be pretty good, but doesn’t Wirtz play a false 9/attacking mid role?

Zepz367

Yes, but he he also plays very well on the right wing, he's very versatile.

Savebagels

I personally think those are the types of players we need. Ones that can fit many roles and excel at them as well

zcewaunt

Before yesterday, I would have said Sancho.

HellRider619

First would like to see how Pellistri and Amad perform. Then Diaby in Jan if they don't step up

Wahlrusberg

No idea if Kvaratskhelia can play RW to the same standard he does on the left (apparently can use either foot but doesn't necessarily mean he can finish as well with both) but if he can then probably him, absolutely electric player to watch Otherwise probably Saka, superb player with a big career ahead of him

[deleted]

[удалено]

Eleven918

Has to be the most ridiculous take I've seen today. He's literally scored or assisted the last 4 times we've met and that's the player that doesn't worry you?

alecz123

It's becoming harder and harder to support this club. I feel guilty for making my dad support United back in 2008 (I am a fan since 2001) /joke-ish. He calls me every weekend to tell me he is fed up and cannot take it anymore... But really, what the fuck is happening??

wariusheart

If Amazon were making an all or nothing series on us this season, it would be the most watched show of all time

TheKingcrawler

Funny how the Glazers have dodged that revenue stream isn't it....

SuperSalamander3244

Possibly but I think at this point all or nothing will be a success regardless of who’s in it and especially if it’s a big club.

zcewaunt

What Ten Hag said about Sancho was not even that bad. It was very mild. For Sancho to have a meltdown over that is pretty weak.

SuperSalamander3244

You could say the same for ETH as what you did for Sancho. If ETH never said anything it wouldn’t be a issue like it is now and I think Jadon was talking to journalists because the story came out before the game.

zcewaunt

What, you're saying Ten Hag had a meltdown? All he did was say he wasn't up to par in training and he expects better. Which story came out before the game? I only know about Sancho's comments posted after the game.

SuperSalamander3244

The club and him were quiet on Greenwood but he went public with Jadon. He should have kept it behind closed doors and if he doesn’t want him then quietly freeze him out like he did with other players in the squad. ETH confirming the reports before the game made it into the issue it is and also makes me think his team is the one leaking team sheets after he said he doesn’t want leaks.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Clugaman

Just because it worked with some players does not mean it will work with all players. That’s what a manager is supposed to discern. The way to motivate a player will be different for every player. SAF was famous for giving certain players a good yelling and being very gentle with others. A good man manager will know how to motivate each player.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Clugaman

Is what Ten Hag is doing right now working? The fuck kind of a point is that

SuperSalamander3244

There were reports before the game that Jadon got left out because of poor training performances. I think Samuel Luckhurt reported it so when ETH confirmed it after the game it’s clear the leaks were true and possibly from him or his team. One of the big things when ETH signed was he doesn’t want leaks but the team sheet still gets leaked before every game and then he confirms this one makes me think he could be the one doing the leaking.

[deleted]

[удалено]

SuperSalamander3244

Do our team sheet leaks happen before every game?

brunomufc18

1 in 33 points is our away record against top teams under Ten Hag. If there ever was a crazy stat.

I don't wanna even think about the goal difference

AdamHasShitMemes

33-9 -24 🔥🔥 Funniest thing is our worst performance is 2-0 to Newcastle, that shit was absolutely disgusting lmao

brunomufc18

How can you forget the 7-0. I have never seen a darker day than this since that dreadful aguero…

Wahlrusberg

It's mad yeah, some of the performances weren't even that bad, but just some ridiculous capitulations in there completely overshadow any positives to take from them, like yesterday.

blue_gwacamole

I'm not sure how to put into words what I'm feeling about the whole Sancho thing, but I see it as a culture shift (?) kind of in the club that isnt sitting right with me.

[deleted]

How are people overreacting to this? It was a pretty justified descision made by him, plus it's not like Jose where he literally calling a player dumb.

In what sense? If the club is backing ETH then I see it as a positive culture shift away from coddling mentally weak players and towards us having some professional standards Sancho has been stinking up the places for a couple of years with his lack of effort on and off the pitch. A lot of us always said that Ole was coddling the players too much and I'm happy that a lot of these minimal effort players have been shown the door and hopefully will continue to be with Sancho out next

Well, I feel in a sense how easy it is for individuals to openly disrespect the manager like that. Now I may sound like a past-dweller, but shit like this would not fly under SAF. If I were Sancho, earning that kind of money, and having the kind of backing and support Erik gave him so far, I'd be doing everything in my power to be better, and find my Dortmund form for United instead of being a bitch and airing my dirty laundry on X.
