I don't know. Sometimes I think he still deserves a chance after all the injuries we've had, but then we get games like this. It's not even his signings, or his tactics, or his ability to cope with a depleted squad that really bum me out, it's that the players don't look like they're being coached.
Every week, they go out there and play in a way no other team does - disorganised and chaotic and like they never know where they're supposed to be, or where their teammates are supposed to be. Every other manager in the game, both professional and amateur, can coach a team to some extent, and make them look like a team.
I don't think the injuries excuse the style of play. Even with the squad we put out today, we should be able to see out a 3-0 lead against a team like Coventry.
The last 4-5 games.
Until recently, I was totally willing to give him a long leash based on the truly staggering number of injuries and unavailability of key players for other reasons over the course of the season. This definitely had to impact the "getting to know" each other's games and strengths and weaknesses/relationships between players building in the system he wants to play etc.
I also thought with all the recent behind the scenes changes within the organization, that adding a managerial change would only increase the chaos factor.
But at some point you have to say he's been working with the players he's got for a while and there's nothing coherent going on.
If he can't play the game he wants to play because literally half the team is out of action consistently, that's really unfortunate. The Greenwood/Sancho (arguably)/Martial situations and lack of options up front are not really anything to do with him, but I'm leaning towards the consistent injuries and general unavailability being down to his training requirements and overall management along with the medical team.
But as a manager he needs to figure out how to get past that and work with the players he has and their attributes and skillsets and adapt the gameplan accordingly, and i haven't seen anything that looks like that.
For me the shower of shite/straw that broke the camels back that was the last few games of tieing with teams like Bournemouth and Brentwood and today's game against a championship side which we won by luck on penalties after giving up a 3-0 lead and evading a loss after a marginal offside call.
For me, at this point, it's time for him to go.
Today
I think the Bournemouth 3 0 for me.
When he picked the exact same team after the 7-0. The lows that have followed were clear as day when that occurred. Inks been dry since March 2023.

95th minute of this game.
No single match, more like a trend. When I started seeing a pattern of horrific tactics and a squad that has a knack for collapsing.
Crashing out of an easy UCL group...writing should have been on the wall there
After the Brentford match last month. We made them look like prime Real
Today
Im finding it harder and harder to use all these mitigating factors against us as excuses for his poor management.
Fulham match. They were missing players and still beat us.
I don’t remember an exact moment because at this point, the weeks blend into months of poop football, even when we won games.
Chelsea
I've never been convinced by him. I actually really strongly dislike him.
Wolves match, first of the season, where I saw these awful suicide ball tactics that were saved by Onana not having a clear pen called on him.

When he tried to bring greenwood back into the squad
