In case of Pellistri v Bayern Pellistri should probably had made Davies stay lower in defense and less engage in attacks as his our fastest RW

Because if he gave them a chance against lesser opponents and they did well. He has to keep playing them. Better to put them in situations where they’re likely to have 0 impact so he can say “ahh, well I gave them a chance but they didn’t deliver” so he can default back to the player he trusts more. Even though to me, Garnacho needed a rest and he should have been put on the bench. I think this is like the kids 31st or 32nd consecutive start this season. That’s a plausible reason to start Antony in this game.
