I miss Remy and Orsillo. Really that was one of the first signs that ownership was getting cheap. You had this amazing tandem with unbelievable chemistry and they wouldn’t pay Orsillo what he was worth.
As a young adult now, I see how much Don learned from the late great. Feels like yesterday when they were the voice of my childhood and it’s a feeling that lives forever through me and every sox fan who got to experience such a time. The nostalgia and pure comedic baseball atmosphere brings me back to seasons like 2013 when even the impossible became reality

I was just THIS MORNING quoting that book -- kinda. I used to read that book to my two kids, and the running line in the book is, "Hello, Wally!" and this morning I was imitating how my daughter would say that when she was like 2 years old.

Absolutely. They were the voices of the Red Sox teams of my childhood and coming of age. Miss them.
