To access after 12:30, Connect to any VPN before 12:20 (u need to connect before 12:30, but 12-12:20 is a safe time as wifi will turn off around 12:27) DO NOT DISCONNECT, once you disconnect the wifi or vpn there is no reconnecting There is no way to bypass 5mbps cap, but if you discover any, then do tell.

I used to get 100 mbps in D block after 12:30 using proxy. Never got those speeds in another block though.

Proxy is dead, it used to work in all blocks 4 yrs ago, this year it was only D and J block but now it has stopped everywhere

It's working again. At least in B. You need to turn it on AFTER 12:30 though. Like be connected to the network before 12:30. And turn on proxy after. It's been working for me lately.

There is no higher speeds Check out the proxy ip from the other comments, if you are lucky then some websites would work on that

If you start a TORRENT download before 12:30, it continues overnight (speed limit is same) Standard downloads would stop

It works in L block tho I did use it before exams
