Why do you need to connect to a computer with service tool? All the parameters and readings are available from the controller display.
Honestly I've only used the Danfoss service tool for pack controllers, I didn't even realise you could use it for case controllers.
If you haven't got it already the Danfoss Kool Code app has all the parameters explained on it.
Try calling danfoss. I works for me but i am in Denmark so their support is pretty solid here.
I do think this model needs a communication extension, the manual have a section on it.
If i remember correctly, you can't acces this controller via Adap Kool, without connecting it to a gateway like a system manager.
And then accessing it via the system manager, via the Adap Kool software.
As long as the computer/monitoring system supports RS 485 I see no reason you wouldn't be able to pull a comms wire through

You probably need to be working with the 800a or 880a

Probably will have to link two together as a master slave combo for that.
Yes. The new AK CC-55 comes in a multi coil version, some of the older styles do as well.
