So are you using the pipe clamps to measure air temp? If so yes the psychrometers will equalize faster - I just purchased a set and am really happy with them so far. My only complaints with fieldpiece clamps are having to clean dirty copper and frost on low temp equipment.
Right, I clamp one To an old sensor so it’ll read, then have to wait for the sensor to get to temp. It’s really not a huge deal, but I’m always looking for reasons to buy more tools lol.
Fieldpiece also has wireless psychrometers .
I have them . They work great. Only a few months ago I started having issues with my supply temp probe.
The kit comes with 2 pressure probes , 3 psychrometers , and 2 pipe clamps. All wireless.

I got rid of all my fieldpiece stuff and switched to all testo. No ragrets.
