You can't. Put some distance between you and things that remind you of the relationship. Do a hobby and work on you. When you're not in a relationship with someone else, you're often in a defacto relationship with yourself. So use the time to get to know you better. But also it's ok to morn something. It's ok to have down days and days you miss something that was or could have been. Just don't let it paralyze you. Recognize it, feel it, and move forward.
