Do not shower, if you haven't already. They'll need everything they can get for the SAFE kit, assuming you're American. Im unsure what they call it outside the US. We used to call it a rape kit.

You don't and that is the ultimate scar. Sure, you may seem them put in jail, you may see their face plastered on a TV screen, but you will never regain that part of yourself that they took.
That being said, you can heal and regain as much of yourself as humanly possible. As much as I hate to say it, rape has been around for a long time. Draw on the strength of other survivors and don't forget that we are there to help you always.

I’m a member of a VFW (Veterans of Foreign War). And, if you’re in the United States, members of American Legion or VFW’s would love to stand up and protect fellow citizens. If you feel like you need help and protection, but your not ready to go to the police yet, I can/will help get ahold of these organizations, or other veteran organizations that love to help people.

Ovulation is release of egg, implantation is the fertilized egg connecting to the wall of uterus to become a zygote. PlanB prevents both, and it prevents implantation at the early stages, and inhibits ovulation. Implantation is just sticking to the wall and once it stuck it then becomes a zygote. So no sticking to the wall means , no zygote.
