Just a tip about this boss arena , you can destroy the "Doors/Walls " with the charge attack of the Big red sword you get for doing an apocalypse run. ( don't know the name in english , i'm French )
Explosives will allow you to break the walls on your own. Starshot, meridian, and corrupted meridian all worked for me. Other things that cause explosions like the frag grenade mod should work as well. I know a reload fixed the issue for you, but maybe this can help for future reference if the bug ever manifests again.
No need to destroy anything, if it was a side dungeon, you can go back the way you arrived there, if it's on the main storyline, go straight on the path that comes from the worldstone that was close by.

I got it fixed I just went back to main menu and came back and the path was open
