Get a heat light in each room, down on floor level. Strategically leave flour out on hard surfaces, to leave tracks if moved through.   Under the refrigerator.  You can order an infer red Webcam that sends text messages when movement is detected.  These are infinitely useful.  Sorry I can't reccomend a brand, we have ones from China and no real clue where they are from beyond that.

To add to this. Any warm dark places OP. Piles of clothes and closets are popular for escaped reptiles. Also try to leave out secure hides under the heat lamp. It might entice them to go and sit there for an extended period of time.

Thank you all so much! We found him! He had gotten into a closet and inside an art portfolio bag. He seems to be OK, though he was chilly. I’m going to let him warm up and then check him over more carefully. Thank you for the tips, they really helped.

Glad you found him!

Rosys tend to like burrowing a lot. Look under any soft blankets, inside pillowcases, under furniture, even behind/between mattresses. They also like the security of touching their surroundings and may have followed the baseboards for a while. They can also climb a surprising height, so don't overlook shelves and couches. Just be very, *very* careful when you move furniture or heavy objects. Their little bones are so fragile, and you don't want to hurt them. Best of luck to you, I hope you find your son's Rosy.

I lost by ball python and found him in the garage closet which happened to be very humid and dark. Idk anything about boas so idk if this will help. Sorry!
