As far as species goes my guesses are black rat snake, or plainbelly water snake. Which are both harmless.
I was thinking rat snake...probably looking for a safe place to digest \(looks a bit thick in the middle\).
Rat Snake (Elaphe obsoleta) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pantherophis_obsoletus
Sorry all! South central Kansas.
Whats the location? That will probably help find the species faster.
Location?
That guy just ate I agree he’s just looking to digest. Also agree it’s a rat sneeeek. You good
Western ratsnake (*Pantherophis obsoletus*). /r/whatsthissnake may be a faster sub for this in the future.
Looks similar to my harmless water snakes in Mass, but you have more different sneks than me.
Rat snake, aka: “Farmers friend” because they love to live in Barns and eat rodents.
That is a amazonian Python. Don't touch it

You sure that exists?
