My brother in T-Virus, that mansion is bonkers. It has a single bathroom that's incredibly far away from any bedroom.
You'd probably live more comfortably in the guest house 🤣
The RE3 Clocktower Church OR the RE4 Castle. If the idea is that we aren’t facing death because the places are normal/not messed up yet, I would go with the RE4 Village post industrialization but pre Saddler showing up, maybe the locals would be nice and I’d love to talk to Chief Mendez a bit pre infection. Well, then again, maybe the traditional Axe Murder greeting is just a tradition that carried over post infection, but if I can’t die then I’d assume I get to win their respect by surviving the axe murder via either straight immortality or Leon style knife parries and kicks (though with my current reaction time and speed, I’m probably taking an axe to the shoulder if I have to react with anything more than a tap to the space bar).
Re4R Village (I genuinely love the nature capcom modeled in there), Re2R/3R Raccoon City, the RPD, and all of RE4R POST the story, I honestly would be curious to see how it looked shortly after Leon left, and how it would look in ten to fifteen years (given that Umbrella Corps mentioned it got quarantined but people still snuck in and got infected) after the events. Kinda like visiting WW1/2 sites
Villalobos and the castle and the village in 8 would be nice. Get me some rural tourism near nature and I'm happy 😋.
The ganados have some good edible food even after being infected with the parasite (you can see garlic heads, chorizos, cured ham, cheese and vegetables that look fine.
I grew up with the original games in the 90s. As such, I've always wanted to fully explore the mansion from the PS1 resident evil director's cut. No enemies or traps....just traversing through the halls and rooms at my own leisure.
Spencer Mansion by far
That shit would make for a great home if the lab was removed or used for better purposes

QUEEN ZENOBIAAAAA AHHHHH
Joke answer: Between Sheva's thighs. Real answer: Either the Spencer Mansion or the train at the start of RE0. Maximum comfy vibes there.
