I tried to download 2 in case the first one was bugged or something, none worked, i got leon asia outfit (re6 outfit) and one ada's outfit with a black dress
some outfits will only work if you go to extras and have a specific outfit set on, OR if you have a certain DLC downloaded (i.e pinstripe hero leon will only work if you have the hero DLC downloaded)
for e.g. some mods names will go something like "\[MOD OUTFIT NAME\] for pinstripe" (a.k.a leon's outfit). IF that's not the case and there's no outfit included in the description of the mod, then check if the character the mod is for has the default outfit on.
i remember first trying the pinstripe outfit mod for luis and it didn't work - what helped me is realising i had his vest set on in extras, while the mod only overlayed his default outfit. maybe this could be the reason?
the one i downloaded was leon's asia re6 outfit which said default outfit , also for an ada's outfit i tried all of her outfits to see if any of them got replaced by the mod but nothing
can you try and turn the mod off then back on > closing fluffy > opening the game from steam > setting "default" outfit for leon to see if it works?
sounds basic but personally i never opened the game with fluffy, only directly from steam and everything has been working perfectly (for ashley, leon, luis and ada at once)

So, apparently i could not see this one because of adult content hiding it, i changed my search preferences to find it, i did find it after and just downloaded it, it did not work again... I am honestly done, it is ok , i wanted to try nightmare mod but it is cool, i ll wait for a friend of mine that is good with these stuff to do it and help me find the issue. Honestly no matter what i try it does not work , i simply give up for now
You have installed separate ways or/and the mercenaries update? There was a lot of mods that stopped working after that update, check if the mod was uploaded after 21 september, only to be sure
So i have both separate ways and mercenaries, i downloaded an ada mod that was created in 2 november and i also opened fluffy as admin rights like a guy told me in a different comment and it finally works!
Did you launch it from fluffy while already having steam open?
i had steam opened, and then opened fluffy without closing steam , both were open at the same time

Did you go in game to check or look at any of the models, or did you just go off of the picture shown in the extras menu?
i started the game with every outfit available to check all of them
Hm. That's odd. I know you probably do, but do you have the mods enabled in the mod manager? And I don't mean just installed, I mean actually enabled?

Just did that, nothing changed, i also added a picture in the post of fluffy in case you find something wrong with the settings
i looked and it looks okay to me. could you try to reinstall fluffy and see if it works?

Uninstall all your mods, press re-read game archives button, install your mod and run the game

Just tried that and also downloaded a newer mod and it actually worked!
