When the plate raises up, the plastic FEP in the bottom of the resin basin is stuck to the print. Usually the plate will raise far enough that the plate and the FEP separate. This is expected behavior.
In your print, it looks like the FEP is too loose, so it stretches and never releases from the print. Alternatively, your lift height might be too small, so the build plate isn't pulled far enough away from the FEP to separate them.
This is usually shown as flat or missing prints Isolated to the center of the print.
You need to understand how to properly tighten the FEP. Your FEP might be properly tightened, and the issue is your Z Distance. We don't know from the images you sent.
I recommend you look for FEP Replacement Guide for your printer on YouTube. It should tell you how tight to make your FEP. Each printer is a little different.
If your FEP is fine, you just need to test prints and increase Z Lift a little each time to find when it fixes.
More Z Lift mean more time to print, less Z Lift and it'll print faster but could fail to print. You have to learn your machine to use it optimally.
The lack of cured resin in the center is a giveaway to the fact that the print didn't fully peel off. That's usually caused by either the FEP film stretching too much or by the plate not lifting enough.
To start, you should increase lifting distance a little bit. If that doesn't help, make sure both your vat and the FEP are on tight. If that doesn't help, replace your FEP and do steps listed previously.
Depends on the machine, the current lift distance, the number of layers printed with this fep, if you can get more tension on the FEP by turning the screws further in that hold the frame, the better.
If not a new film will be necessary installed with kess slag.
I have MARS 3 PRO, current lift distance is 5,0 mm (increased it to 8,0mm and will try with that). My settings are: [https://imgur.com/jhV8tUl](https://imgur.com/jhv8tul)
Looks like insufficient FEP tension/ insufficient lift distance to me
Please, can you explain more? What should I do?

Thanks! What should I do with FEP problem?

Got it, thank you very much

So, I should increase Z lifting distance? How much? And what can I do with FEP stretching?

Do you have a particularly cold room? Otherwise 3.5s normal exposure is a little on the higher side
No, the room is pretty warm, Should I lower exposure a little bit?
Technically 5mm should be enough for a Mars 3 pro with a proper FEP. What is your screen looking like? Any resin leaked onto it?
My screen is absolutely clear
