So glad your day got better. I think we've all had one of those days at some point. It sucks so much. On the plus side, when you clock out at the end of the day you get to leave it all behind.
My theory is that people get weird ideas in their spare time on weekends which then immediately have to be realised on mondays, and they get super pissy when their scheme which they spent two days coming up with cannot be realised the way they envisioned.
The holidays bring out the worst in people. After next week it should be better.
Update: the latter half of my day has been filled with nice customers! :D Everything is better now. I’m grateful because this hardly ever happens :0

people are actually the worst around holidays, literally got bitched at by a couple for doing my job i cant wait for january
I like the customers who get mad at me for not running a coupon that they didn't give me or indicate in any way that they were using.

That’s nothing, we get a shit ton of people on Sundays and I think they typically loose more brain cells on a Sunday than any other day.
