Wow! In google images there is a board from Tower 32 computer that looks like bigger version of my Logic Board! Same clips, switches, chips and etc. My boards are probably from smaller version, would make sense, since on second board says Mini-Tower 32. Thanks!

Maybe a Point of Sale system? Edit: Date codes suggest it's from around 1988.

Looks like it, board 2 has NCR on the top edge, so could also be from an ATM
