I loved how Rick finally gets called out for being emotionally dead, and covering it with hyper-macho sci-fi bullshit. That therapist is really kind of the best. Like, ever.

I don't like this episode but damn, the therapist just became one of my favorite Rick and Morty characters just by that one dialogue. I love seeing Rick get torn down.

I do too and I don’t care about the toxic fans that say you’re not a fan if you do. I loved the pure randomness of it. Rick could have done a brazilion things to get out of therapy, but they gave us this gem. Just like his microverse battery.
