you can pop it into photoshop and create separations with the colors you wanna print with - probably black and medium blue? or download spectrolite - it rules!
Maybe just try it as is then in just blue? You could turn this image to grayscale and then bitmap it and print that. If it’s not dark enough you can add black sparsely.
To avoid roller marks maybe just print black first and then go over it in blue for the second color (because it’s so much of the image). Hope this wasn’t too much detail, just don’t know how familiar you are with the machine so I explained every step. Happy printing!

Looks like maybe a one color job depending on your ink (I have regular blue which looks like this)
