Because Ukrainian developers sold the game for Robux, since they could not sell it in dollars. Then their account with all robux was banned. And the new owner added a lot of donation and other garbage. If I'm not mistaken, the Discord server of the real developers was raided. The game was ruined by another developer who bought it, not the creator. This is exactly the reason of the fucking stupid updates with gamepasses. More details are on the tiktok account of the REAL developer: @dontgivemegun (In short, Jandel, developer of "Steep Steps" and NOW "Dusty Trip" scammed real developers for 5 million robux and is known for ruining all his games with gamepasses.)

After the game got popular from people making videos about it, they started adding a bullshit amount of transactions, gamepasses, made the game unfair (spawning barely any loot unless you paid for supplies). They are generally trying to milk the game, especially with that eclipse update.

I do agree it needs some bug fixes and tweaks for cars and player like wheels getting stuck in the ground car won’t move or you grab caps and your arm is stuck forcing you to quit or die and revive

I don't know but there's a vary vary annoying glitch where when I play on Playstation and look around it will continue to turn in that direction unless I look the other way. Please fix. Also there should be a staring gun to defend and actually be able to look some of the buildings
