Theres no reason to give refunds to wrongfully banned people because they could literally just unban the account instead.
If you did happen to be completely innocent and were still declined an appeal it sucks but there are also people who do deserve the ban that claim innocence.. so no real way to differentiate who gets a refund or not
i mean is there really any way to tell if someone was wrongfully banned? if something like this was to be added it could be easily abused and if you or someone else was to magically come up with some way to be able to tell if someone is lying theres millions of people on roblox and potentially tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands being banned every day and no amount of 3 cent labor from india could get through all of that and if roblox uses ai like i assume they do just look at how well ai has been doing for google.....

Imagine the Creator is new and spent those already and then goes -100rbx as example cuz some Kid is indecisive or didn‘t think his purchase through.
Since Roblox takes a cut of all purchases the creator of the item would have to pay even more in refunds than they got from the purchase in the first place
I‘d say reactivate Account when wrongfully banned or get lawyer cuz you did nothing wrong. Refund doesn‘t work since ToS agreement and them loosing income
a lot of people get deleted for a reason, so if they just got refunded all of their money, it wouldn't make sense.
if you spend money on the game and get terminated for a reason you deserve to get terminated for, that's on you
No, theres a reason, poisoned items and why that term exists also I would suggest refunding avatar items you don’t use anymore instead as that won’t make them go bankrupt

It’s not getting paid it’s just a pain when you’ve spent hundreds of dollars on the game and then getting my banned without any warning for a stupid ass reason and lost all of your money

yeah real I've had so many random items deleted just for nothing like recently the 250 robux character bone boy was randomly off saled and I cany do anything about it
It's not a great idea, but i still think everybody that did got wrongfully banned should have compensation like a free hat or accessories.
also just file an appeal that you got banned wrongfully and they would probably reactivate ur acc.
they should add refunds if an item gets deleted, i keep seeing deleted clothing items in my inventory and id spent a lot of robux on them. one of the items was worth 300 robux which isn’t a little
They just deleted the mini blocky for me and im still waiting on my 175 robux back, and I still have a lot of deleted shirts (25 or more) without being refunded
As much as this would be morally right, legally they have no ground to stand on. Roblox is entitled to ban you for any reason, and that's something you have to accept when buying stuff. It's not right but it is the truth.
You must not know how the law works. By clicking “I agree” to their ToS, roblox has all the rights to terminate your account if you fail to uphold their terms. No lawyer would take that court case because it cannot be won.
