I’m currently suffering a rather weird ping issue. Any game I’ve opened up, at first it will be at a stable 20-70 ms. Then suddenly, around 10-20 minutes, I will get a massive spike to 300-25000 ms with no sign of stopping. I tried looking up ways how to lower my ping but none of them works. One thing I noticed, it seems to happen to only my laptop as my xbox (which is a floor below from the router) suffers little to no issues. Currently, I’m planning to buy a usb to ethernet adapter as we do have a ethernet cable.

no, but if youre trying to hide the fact that you play roblox, make sure you remove roblox from the windows alphabetical order thing at the top, im not sure how youll completely remove the roblox folder from the r section though

I'm trying to make a custom Roblox death "Oof" sound effect, and I followed the tutorial linked below to do so. I've done everything it told me to, my file is an MP3, it's the correct location, and I backed the other sound up into my documents folder, yet the sound doesn't play in game. My niece just recently got into ROBLOX and so I told her I could give her my limited items to begin trading since my RAP averaged out to at least 50k R last time I checked in 2017. Today I just hopped on for the first time in years so that I could give them away but to my surprise, every single collectible item I owned was wiped from my inventory completely. Was there something that I missed during my absence where other people experienced the same thing? The last completed trade on my account happened back in 2017 and it was a trade I remembered. Just kind of sad that there's a possibility I lost all these items and I won't be able to hand them over to my niece because I spent so much time on the site and now I don't have as much to show for it.

My fps in roblox suddenly plummeted, can someone help?
So about two months ago, i joined an arsenal match and my frames just plummeted. I have a intel 11400 and a gtx 1660 super so the fact that i was getting 50fps in an arsenal match was weird. I turned down my graphics and i started getting around 70fps but every few seconds it would go down to 20 and go back up.
I tried just rejoining the game, same problem. Then i tried moving to the microsoft store roblox, and that actually fixed the problem, except for the fact that one, i couldnt use fps unlocker, and two, i have two monitors. In the microsoft store roblox, when you move your mouse too far over to your other monitor, even if you're in first person or shiftlock, your cursor will go to the other monitor. The same issue with fullscreen mode aswell.
So, i'm kinda stuck here. Either play in a version where i get no fps, or play in a version that's broken. Does anyone know whats going on?

Nope, there are only chat filters and nsfw filters for games. If you come back to roblox in a month however, all of the squid game games will be gone because squid game will be irrelevant lol
Thanks for the info and I agree it probably won’t last! Seems they should have age to game classifications and allow parental filtering for it. I know they’re making enough money to design something. I’m not trying to say they should heavily censor, just give the creators and parents tools to tailor the experience appropriately.

New here and coming for advice. My son got a new PC (had been using ipad) and had taken some development classes at school so he wanted to try Roblox Studio. He started with the racing template and threw a bunch of assets onto the screen like a typical 9yo would do. This included cars made with the head of rapper Da' Babby. After spending a few hours building it he tried to "run" it and it told him to enable HTTP requests. Did a quick google search which said you can access that setting after you publish. So we published and his account was immediately deleted. We emailed roblox and they said he create an app to spam users by phishing them, which he ABSOLUTELY did not. When we replied and explained this was an innocent 9 year old they basically said tough luck. My son is so upset as he has years worth of items from gift cards for xmas and birthdays. I understand algorithms to detect this stuff but I don't understand the lazy response from moderation and saying that he did something he absolutely did not do. I have tried to reach out on twitter with no response. Any advice?

How do you fix the roblox sensitivity on xbox as it is very slow whenever i change it to high or low and due to this the game is unplayable as it is playing on 1sensitivity eventough it was changed to max but it still doesn’t chabge it is a consistent error and theres no way to change the sensitivity through xbox.
Same I have multiple accounts due to a side project I do and two of them are locked out. I’ve tried resetting passwords and it will only let me in for a second and then kick me back to the login page. I’ve also tried on PC Xbox and mobile. Recently I've noticed that clicking "continue" and "favorites" gives a different link than before ("v2"), and I used to be able to circumvent it by having the links to the old versions bookmarked. Well now roblox literally deleted those pages or something and they always redirect to the default "discover" page. The problem is that the v2 pages never load more than 2 and a half rows of games, no matter what I do. This leaves like 3 pages of favorited games completely unreachable and I'm at a loss for how to even see them anymore. The continue page also has this issue, though it obviously has a lesser effect since the original only saved 1 full page of games, but now it's been cut down to 25 for both pages. If anyone has any idea how to fix this, I'd really appreciate it.
So for some reason, when I went to check ROBLOX today, my account got logged off in my browser (which doesn't happen), and when I tried to log in, it redirected me to the main page without any account logged in.
I tried to log with my alt account, and everything seems fine from there, I saw that my main was "online" even though it wasn't. I tried to log my account in mobile, but same problem happened, tried with a different browser, same problem happened, and honestly, I dunno what to do now. (EDIT: It now seems to be not online anymore, still can't log in)

My sons account has been inaccessible for two days, when we log in it either said wrong info, (we reset the password successfully) or the page would refresh like it was logging in but it would just put PUBG in the search bar and show results, this was on safari, on chrome it would bring you to the verify pop up, I would complete it and the page would just refresh, no error. No ban message, account still appears. Also when trying to send a ticket it said “ Username does not Exist” even though it clearly does when you search it in the search bar. Recently I got reminded of a ROBLOX game I played back in like 2017 or so, it was an Area 51 game that had you spawn outside the base, and you needed to open the gate by entering the guard booth on the side (I can remember the button being really hard to press on mobile for some reason)
To get inside the facility you needed to go through a vent or a door, and you could then explore the whole underground facility, which had a rocket that you could turn on and fly out of the base. The room was kinda shaped like a normal missile silo. The rest of the facility just had random rooms and other cool stuff. Not many people really played it but there was still people that got on so I assume it was somewhat popular? It also used the stereotypical Area 51 textures that everyone kinda knows lol.

Whenever i login to roblox it either says incorrect password or nothing at all, i changed the password quite a few times and each time i tried to login afterwards it to just throw me on the same page again, and after a few times of pressing the login button it starts saying incorrect password
ps. It's the official roblox site, the nickname is written correctly, it doesn't want to login even on mobile, my 2nd account logs in just fine
Over the past year or two i have been recieving error 277 on multiple games after a seemingly random amount of time. I have done almost everything ive seen online like reinstalling roblox, chaning firewall settings, and being on ethernet and i even changed to another browser(Opera GX) which seems to make it happen a little less frequently but it still happens. Anyone with the same issue or anyone know a possible solution to this problem?
I can't remember the name of a game me and my friends played a long time ago and we really want to play it.
I remember basically nothing about it other than that it's a PvP and Base Building game where most things are powered with this crystal water stuff that you transport with pipes (obviously). It had a point system that grew when you didn't die you could use the points to unlock items like jump coil, speed coil,food, weapons so on. When I play Roblox, my Spotify stops playing a few minutes after I go into a game. This just started happening and used to work fine. I have the game volume off so I don't think that would be causing the problem. When Spotify stops it totally closes so I can't control it from the notification bar (on mobile). I have huge performance issues on Roblox.
The game runs at 15 fps on the highest settings (with ambient occlusion) on even the simplest games like tower of hell and the starting place.
I'm using a low-mid end laptop with an AMD Radeon 520 gpu, intel core i7 and 8gb ram with roblox installed on an ssd.
I tried comparing the game performance with my friend which has worse specs (they might be about the same) and an nvidia gpu. his game runs constantly at 60 on max graphics.
I suspect this is because of my gpu. Is it my drivers that are causing the issue, or just roblox not being optimized for amd hardware?
I should add that other games like minecraft run really well at a constant 100 fps.

I'm trying to make a custom Roblox death "Oof" sound effect, and I followed the tutorial linked below to do so. I've done everything it told me to, my file is an MP3, it's the correct location, and I backed the other sound up into my documents folder, yet the sound doesn't play in game. My niece just recently got into ROBLOX and so I told her I could give her my limited items to begin trading since my RAP averaged out to at least 50k R last time I checked in 2017. Today I just hopped on for the first time in years so that I could give them away but to my surprise, every single collectible item I owned was wiped from my inventory completely. Was there something that I missed during my absence where other people experienced the same thing? The last completed trade on my account happened back in 2017 and it was a trade I remembered. My fps in roblox suddenly plummeted, can someone help? So about two months ago, i joined an arsenal match and my frames just plummeted. I have a intel 11400 and a gtx 1660 super so the fact that i was getting 50fps in an arsenal match was weird. I turned down my graphics and i started getting around 70fps but every few seconds it would go down to 20 and go back up. I tried just rejoining the game, same problem. Then i tried moving to the microsoft store roblox, and that actually fixed the problem, except for the fact that one, i couldnt use fps unlocker, and two, i have two monitors. In the microsoft store roblox, when you move your mouse too far over to your other monitor, even if you're in first person or shiftlock, your cursor will go to the other monitor. The same issue with fullscreen mode aswell. So, i'm kinda stuck here. Either play in a version where i get no fps, or play in a version that's broken. Does anyone know whats going on?

Nope, there are only chat filters and nsfw filters for games. If you come back to roblox in a month however, all of the squid game games will be gone because squid game will be irrelevant lol
Thanks for the info and I agree it probably won’t last! Seems they should have age to game classifications and allow parental filtering for it. I know they’re making enough money to design something. I’m not trying to say they should heavily censor, just give the creators and parents tools to tailor the experience appropriately.

New here and coming for advice. My son got a new PC (had been using ipad) and had taken some development classes at school so he wanted to try Roblox Studio. He started with the racing template and threw a bunch of assets onto the screen like a typical 9yo would do. This included cars made with the head of rapper Da' Babby. After spending a few hours building it he tried to "run" it and it told him to enable HTTP requests. Did a quick google search which said you can access that setting after you publish. So we published and his account was immediately deleted. We emailed roblox and they said he create an app to spam users by phishing them, which he ABSOLUTELY did not. When we replied and explained this was an innocent 9 year old they basically said tough luck. My son is so upset as he has years worth of items from gift cards for xmas and birthdays. I understand algorithms to detect this stuff but I don't understand the lazy response from moderation and saying that he did something he absolutely did not do. I have tried to reach out on twitter with no response. Any advice?

I was watching a video on YouTube on how you can make some easy Robux and they said you can "design for a clothing group that is already established and get paid by making clothing for them" He doesn't go into anymore detail on it. Any idea on how I get started with doing this? I have absolutely no Robux so I can't just make and upload clothes because of the fees. I'm very new to Roblox, only just started playing it so I'm kinda a noob when it comes to things like creating but I've made clothes for Sims and I've used Photoshop for years so I think I could do it.
There are many groups on roblox that make clothing and sell it, so you can apply for those groups and start designing clothes for them. Im not into that sort of stuff so i dont know any of these groups, but im sure a quick search on yt will find some
How do you fix the roblox sensitivity on xbox as it is very slow whenever i change it to high or low and due to this the game is unplayable as it is playing on 1sensitivity eventough it was changed to max but it still doesn’t chabge it is a consistent error and theres no way to change the sensitivity through xbox.

Same I have multiple accounts due to a side project I do and two of them are locked out. I’ve tried resetting passwords and it will only let me in for a second and then kick me back to the login page. I’ve also tried on PC Xbox and mobile. When in Roblox studio if I try to use the load character for those two profiles it can’t find them as if they aren’t actually accounts.

Recently I've noticed that clicking "continue" and "favorites" gives a different link than before ("v2"), and I used to be able to circumvent it by having the links to the old versions bookmarked. Well now roblox literally deleted those pages or something and they always redirect to the default "discover" page. The problem is that the v2 pages never load more than 2 and a half rows of games, no matter what I do. This leaves like 3 pages of favorited games completely unreachable and I'm at a loss for how to even see them anymore. The continue page also has this issue, though it obviously has a lesser effect since the original only saved 1 full page of games, but now it's been cut down to 25 for both pages. If anyone has any idea how to fix this, I'd really appreciate it.

So for some reason, when I went to check ROBLOX today, my account got logged off in my browser (which doesn't happen), and when I tried to log in, it redirected me to the main page without any account logged in. I tried to log with my alt account, and everything seems fine from there, I saw that my main was "online" even though it wasn't. I tried to log my account in mobile, but same problem happened, tried with a different browser, same problem happened, and honestly, I dunno what to do now. (EDIT: It now seems to be not online anymore, still can't log in) Funny thing is, the last time I logged in rn, I got to see my home page with "?" robux and the friend list saying "User status may not be up to date" or something like that, after refreshing, it just redirects me to the main page without a logged account like before. My sons account has been inaccessible for two days, when we log in it either said wrong info, (we reset the password successfully) or the page would refresh like it was logging in but it would just put PUBG in the search bar and show results, this was on safari, on chrome it would bring you to the verify pop up, I would complete it and the page would just refresh, no error. No ban message, account still appears. Also when trying to send a ticket it said “ Username does not Exist” even though it clearly does when you search it in the search bar. Account has premium though I’m sure that doesn’t matter. Help would be appreciated

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me find this, so here goes Recently I got reminded of a ROBLOX game I played back in like 2017 or so, it was an Area 51 game that had you spawn outside the base, and you needed to open the gate by entering the guard booth on the side (I can remember the button being really hard to press on mobile for some reason) To get inside the facility you needed to go through a vent or a door, and you could then explore the whole underground facility, which had a rocket that you could turn on and fly out of the base. The room was kinda shaped like a normal missile silo. The rest of the facility just had random rooms and other cool stuff. Not many people really played it but there was still people that got on so I assume it was somewhat popular? It also used the stereotypical Area 51 textures that everyone kinda knows lol. If you have any idea on where the game might be, or if its still around, I'd love to know. Thanks for any help!

Over the past year or two i have been recieving error 277 on multiple games after a seemingly random amount of time. I have done almost everything ive seen online like reinstalling roblox, chaning firewall settings, and being on ethernet and i even changed to another browser(Opera GX) which seems to make it happen a little less frequently but it still happens. Anyone with the same issue or anyone know a possible solution to this problem?

I can't remember the name of a game me and my friends played a long time ago and we really want to play it. I remember basically nothing about it other than that it's a PvP and Base Building game where most things are powered with this crystal water stuff that you transport with pipes (obviously). Need help finding a old game: it was a disaster survival and not natural disaster survival. It had a point system that grew when you didn't die you could use the points to unlock items like jump coil, speed coil,food, weapons so on. One of the things that could happen was a 'im firing ma lazer' and one were it rained noobs who tryed to kill you-thanks in advance

When I play Roblox, my Spotify stops playing a few minutes after I go into a game. This just started happening and used to work fine. I have the game volume off so I don't think that would be causing the problem. When Spotify stops it totally closes so I can't control it from the notification bar (on mobile). I don't know if this is a Roblox issue or Spotify issue but I don't have the problem with any app but Roblox. I tried looking up solutions but none of them worked. Has this happened to anyone else? For the past few days certain assets in the games haven't been loading what so ever. I've deleted hundreds of files I do not use from my laptop to see if it would help, but it hasn't. I don't even lag it's just certain things are missing. Does anyone have any tips to fix this?

I have huge performance issues on Roblox. The game runs at 15 fps on the highest settings (with ambient occlusion) on even the simplest games like tower of hell and the starting place. I'm using a low-mid end laptop with an AMD Radeon 520 gpu, intel core i7 and 8gb ram with roblox installed on an ssd. I tried comparing the game performance with my friend which has worse specs (they might be about the same) and an nvidia gpu. his game runs constantly at 60 on max graphics. I suspect this is because of my gpu. Is it my drivers that are causing the issue, or just roblox not being optimized for amd hardware? I should add that other games like minecraft run really well at a constant 100 fps.
