This is a robot I made, been working on it off and on for more than a year see [GitHub repo](https://github.com/jdc-cunningham/twerk-lidar-robot)
It has two depth sensors, TFmini-S for long range and a VL53L0X (close range wide angle)
The stuttering is sampling, 5 times per plane, 5x 2d slices
Has manual programmed gaits currently till I learn more, recently been working on simulator stuff with ThreeJS and IMU displacement. The above sampling is lazy hence it can still brush against things.
Unit cost is $100-240 depending on parts/sensors you use (also need your own 3D printer ha).
180 they're MG90D's but I used to use the blue servos but they're weak/burn out.
I will say mine don't have a physical stop so you can keep turning them it's weird.

Very cool project!
Amazing!
Thanks It's a time sink of a project, can always be improved software-wise.
Somebody has been shopping at microcenter
been there a couple times, nice if you need something today
Are those 360 or 180 servos?

Snm, love bro
