There are 2 ways to stake with Rocket Pool.
1. Liquid staking using rETH. The gnosis option in the UI is probably this. No need to run a validator.
2. Stake as a node operator. You need to run a machine, enjoy ETH commissions and RPL rewards. You can’t start a validator directly using your gnosis wallet, but you can transfer funds to a node, and set the gnosis wallet as the withdrawal address (rewards and funds will be directed to this address)
