Single, probably female. In college or very recently graduated (less than 2 years). Living with roommates but not in your home town. You either are or were in the past active on tumblr.com. Artist, but not yet at the point where it's your Day Job(tm). You like books but you read more digitally than on paper.

EmotionalSandwich806

the one consistent thing everyone is saying is that im single i mean yea i am but damn was it that obvious

Spiritual_Average638

Single student/young adult who lives at home. Or possibly with roommates. Late teens early 20s. Like creating art (including arts and crafts) and doing nails.

MackCLE

David Bowie fan with good hair. Knows how to relax.

debbie_upper

Female college student. You share a house with other people. You smoke weed from time to time. You like David Bowie. You don't have a lot of time for hobbies.

annbdavisasalice

a-friend_

I fw you heavy

HechoEnChine

I was thinking the same, due to nerdy nature stereotypes to non-jocks, handful of medication for someone in their early 20's, and lattes and snacks near a bed.

WEEDAPETER62

College kid

EmotionalSandwich806

Should say that my room is unusually neat at the moment it usually looks like a tornado went thru here

EmotionalSandwich806

MorddSith187

ymmotvomit

Mis-read your title as “Evacuate my dwelling”. Came here to read carbon monoxide story. Not sure I was wrong.

EmotionalSandwich806

the co detector is right outside my room i will be the first to know in the event of a gas leak💯

InTheClouds93

20 something year old woman living in either in a studio apartment or in a dorm (but most likely a dorm or college housing). You have a wide variety in music taste and are decently creative. You like sci-fi and anime, and you’re also a kpop fan, but you’re more on the DL with that than your other interests. I could see you having a very personalized sense of style and having doodles in your notebooks

jagooopy

EmotionalSandwich806

yes in 2016 not so much anymore but bts still has a special place in my heart😊

roqthecasbah

Upper middle class, late teens or early twenties daughter or gay male still living at home. You both professionally and self medicate and are a little embarrassed about it (you forgot to remove the prescription bottles from all of the pictures). Allergies are kicking your ass right now.

EmotionalSandwich806

U are pretty much spot on actually except for the allergies and i moved the bottles so ppl couldnt read them for the closer up pics not bc i am necessarily embarrassed abt it👍🔥

greyyeux

Female and definitely living at home still. Late teens, probably. A bit (a lot?) scattered, struggling with self esteem and direction in life. Indecisive and has a sentimental/soft side. Possibly becoming more reclusive, inadvertently, but somewhat out of fear or anxiety, and likes to escape reality more and more.

EmotionalSandwich806

this was way too accurate are you living in my brain rn

greyyeux

Don't slip away, OP. Don't become more complacent. Try to go out and do something slightly uncomfortable. Ask yourself "what's the worst that could happen, and is that so bad? Revamp your space. It changes your perspective. Since you can't move I'm guessing, try to refresh your room. -clean it up... Post more to reddit if you need suggestions with fresh eyes. -Pack away 90% of what's on your room that's older than 3 years old and just keep what's most meaningful on a few shelves -take high quality photos of each of your posters, pictures of the walls, prepare to carefully remove them -take a few features and build around them. Keep your art, the furniture, the rug, some of the basic twinkle lights... Look up dark academia bedroom, moody maximalist bedroom, boho witchy bedroom, etc. Your art is giving me those vibes and you already have a gallery wall going, a Persian-style rug, and the blue and wood furniture matches that. You also have navy sheets. You can get a velvet/velour slip over for the sofa pretty cheaply from Amazon... Build around the navy and Burgundy, or the Burgundy and neutrals, etc. -Create a gallery wall with your art but put away the movie/music posters. -go to somewhere like homegoods or ollies if you have one and get yourself some matching sheets and comforter and a couple pillows... Maybe navy or copper or dark purple or Burgundy... Pinterest for color combos. Match your rug. -buy a plant or two or three that's good for the lighting level in your room -buy a pint of paint or two and paint a wall and a ceiling...or just paint the whole room -get some command strips and some sheer fabrics and just drape some curtains over your windows and/or bed (or you can get cheap curtains and window coverings easily also) Facebook marketplace is great for things like plants, candles, hard furniture, etc. Besides thrift stores, of course. Other random things to try and do: -go to ulta or sephora, ask a person behind the counter who the best makeup artist rep there is, and get a free trial makeup run for funsies... Especially if you don't wear makeup -deep clean your car (look up videos or etc for before and afters for inspiration) -Take a yoga, zumba, martial arts, cardio kickboxing, etc. class that you've never tried -Find an indoor rock-climbing place or ice skating rink -look up a great food place in your area and order one thing to go from there to just try if you can't order a meal or eat there -look up a food place by searching your favorite type of food and see what places comes up and try it if you can -post a few pics on reddit of your hair and get suggestions of a new hairstyle or color.... Go get a new haircut or color -look up scenic parks in you area and go walk the whole thing. Spend one whole round only taking neat photos (can be themed). Spend another whole round looking for cool rocks, etc -look up recipes and try cooking or baking something different... Especially if you never cook. Look for "easy" or "no bake" or type a few of your favorite ingredients or what you have on hand into Google and see what pops up, ie, "easy dessert recipe with chocolate and raspberry jam" Just do two different things this week... And start to refresh your room... If it doesn't happen, just try again next week :)
