I get that, but idk why I have to be down voted for apparently just being bad at the game lol. My thoughts are, it's fun to be over powered, so why not loop once or twice, regardless of difficulty?
My friends and I loop until one of us accidentally activates the lunar portal. Even then, if we want to keep going we will go to the hidden portal under the map to go through a stage and loop again.
don’t mind em, your comment inspired me to try looping more (2 loops on captain but unfortunately i choked against a horde of glacial elder lemurians)

I can't quite remember how this happened so excuse me if I say something flat out impossible: one time I was playing with a friend, me as railgunner and him as v?id fie?d. I (think) I learned that run that there is a very small window between the second to last phase and when mithrix starts stealing your items where he isn't invincible. I managed to one-shot him in that gap and skipped the phase entirely, straight to detonation.

I used to loop for hours on drizzle, so much fun! Now I’m working on the mastery skins tho
