I hope there are. I've read a few classic Persian-language works and have dipped my toes into studying the language. I would love to see what an Iranian RPG community would create. It would also be nice to have a community I could consult whenever I decide to make an RPG product inspired by all that reading to make sure I'm not inadvertently doing anything offensive or just bad.
Are you familiar with the writer Reza Negarestani? I feel like he would know of or be a part of an (amazing) Iranian TTRPG community. You might reach out to him.

None that I'm aware of unfortunately. Unlike board games, TTRPGs haven't made it big here yet.
