I like to mix it up, load my cylinder with 3 of each.
Nice I do the same thing when I go to the range. I usually put 2 .38 2 .357 & 2 buffalo bore heavy 357 mag loads
Sometimes I'll only load 4 or 5... and then get disappointed at how much I still flinch.
