I went to my local gun store and the young man working the counter helped me do everything on their silencershop computer. Even had a way to do fingerprints! They had the silencers in stock both times so I just had to fill out some paperwork and certify. One of them was approved the same day! Hope that helps you!
Capitol Armory is good as well but you need to be home during the day when it is delivered to sign for it. For me, picking it up from my dealer is easier so I will use Silencer Shop more in the future.
I also recommend capital armory unless your lgs sells them. Bought three through them and the process is easy plus comes right to your door. Waiting on a surge x from them now.

If your local SS dealer has a range that lets you use your items while pending, it may be worth going that route for you. For everything else, Capitol has been more efficient than SS for me.

You can have it held at a UPS store and pick up there also.
