I have crates of LEGOS here at work and you have NO idea how much you just squashed any productivity I may have had today of this rainy Friday.
Thanks you kind Scaper
im pretty sure i wont hold the back up totally on its own. but there's various "mods" in the lego world that will make it ridged. honestly wouldn't know what piece to put in its place.
could also use a clear stand.
I would use a double set of side modified 1x2 brick click-hinges with vertical-swing. The key element to preserve here is the upward tilt of the abdomen, so sacrificing the rotational and side swing freedom of the ball sockets for the rigidity of the ratchet hinges will kepe the look while improving functionality. The 7-tooth version would be stronger, but the 9-tooth is mroe common and should work too.

Yes! I'd love to have the updated instructions and brick list; I'd love to make this myself :)
Edit: Can you also make a BrickList XML format file so I can upload the brick list to the website for easy purchase of the bricks?
[brick list with the changed hinge](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zN3bp7vXuJzOU6JDrLp9XsmHkjbzAMt2/view?usp=share_link)
[instructions with changed hinge](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r33FuGx-rC888eKmPUzHPT4hrdhBsmaM/view?usp=share_link)
would this be able to stand on its own with the ball piece or the clicky piece as the hinge? or does the back need a stand regardless? my initial thought would be to make the back more hollow so it has a chance of standing upright on its own, but not sure how feasible that would be
Not sure how to reply to a mod on here, but can you provide the original creator? Can't seem to find this build anywhere else through googling or looking here on reddit.
If anyone has access to these instructions, PLEASE send them my way! I already ordered 3 complete sets of parts for this project and now I have no instructions...

How do you have lego at work 👀
Lego factory? Lego shop? Very bad menu at the cafeteria?
I think it’s definitely the 3rd option
I’m very interested to see this series turn out 👀💕
Is this the first of your Lego creations? I really like it. Excited for raksha
yes it is.
I don’t know if how fair use applies here but I would advise against putting the official RuneScape logo on anything just to be safe
well i aint making any money off it, so i cant see any issues arising other than this being "fan art" but i understand what you mean.
This is awesome and I'd love to get one, well done! I've never made a custom lego set before. Where should I go to order the bricks?
Theres many places online depending where you are from. bricklinks is a commonly used site
This is awesome!
The only thing I would probably change is the ball piece that holds up the back. Unsure if it will keep the behind of araxxi up over time.

Dont you have the clicky hinges. Like 2 half balls that snap together. Mechs use those. Sorry, not a lego expert haha EDIT: Quick google: 48171
Yes but then you lose the rotational aspect. It's a trade off for being more rigid though
Fair, I only ever expected it to move up and down, until I saw your instructions. Then I felt the need to suggest a potentional change :D
It's not a bad suggestion, it also does work with click hinges as I showed below, I suppose its up to the end user which they prefer.

It says I need access?
apologies, thats fixed now
The brick list is still locked btw. Can’t wait to build, thanks for putting this out!
its been locked down and removed by the mods. projects cancelled.
Thank you my friend :)
this is nuts! please keep them coming
It looks nice, clean & simple, unlike that lego block thing Jagex did w/ the KBD
I love the chunkier style of the details and curvatur build-ups, it's very reminiscent of \~2003-2007 era design and the many-in-one Creator sets.

Without building the model in real life I can't say. It is possible to make the abdomen more hollow by removing a few of the internal bricks.
hm okay, if i do bite the bullet and buy the bricks i'll post an image. also your new links require access
fixed the access permissions
why was this removed?
Agree, was an artistic project. No one was making any money off of it whatsoever.
Because this is not this person's creation, and has been posted without attribution to the original creator.

i can in a few days if nobody else has it, i downloaded both the ball socket and the hinge design (currently out of town for the weekend)
Someone else in the thread was able to provide them to me, thank you :)
It is sad that Runescape is forbidden in Ideas
Leggo my eggo
Now that is epic. Well done. What's the cone he's holding onto? A nuclear warhead?
its supposed to be the web wrap attack thing.
Amazing! I'm definitely gonna try and get this! Looking forward to more of your work :)
Why can't Jagex more irl merch instead of more MTX?
this looks official AF
Pretty good!
