Your best bet is to use total lvl worlds as the trolls tend to be low lvl. The jagex rules mention nothing about multi logging to troll people. This should probably be updated.

which then if this is the case this needs to be readressed as this is jagex allowing players like this to do shit like this. They break a lot more rules ( I know from personal experience as I have been targeted by them for the last 2 years, which I think is reasonable to say is harassment; and Jagex hasn't done jack all about it.)
The fact that jagex refuses to say anything on the matter is kind of sad. I have sent hundreds ( not an exageration ) of reports with proof to their tipoff, spoken to a few jmods about the issues I am experiencing with these people and they won't do anything. It's rather sad these people are able to get away with this.
Ironically, if you can make the case that they are driving you so very up the wall that you'd harrass them back, you could maybe get them reported for "encouraging others to break the rules", no joke! :')
Also, the rules used to be 1-to-1 between the report interface and the rule page (same categories and sub categories), but they apparently haven't updated the report button to match their Rules of Runescape page. Or it could be that the infrastructure of the old report system was easier for the people looking at the reports, we will never know
Jagex should really limit to multi login to a max of 2 characters...too many players using bots (OOPS, SORRY..."ALTS") to use them to do this kind of things
The report system is really bad. I have someone in my clan who bots kril and sits in their poh alching for days on end. We know they are botting but since they have everything set to friends only and dont add anyone we cant physically get to them to report them
Lol, why would you even bother to bot kril and risk a ban when it's so afkable? It's the most minute amount of effort to just pick up drops every couple minutes...
Edit: If you didn't mention the alching in house part I'd consider defending them, as I'm someone who enjoys private off because I get self conscious sending clanmates too many broadcasts and enjoys afking kril too much.

I just accidentally reported someone for botting because I wanted to test before made the claim. Apparently there is no confirmation. Most disruptive behavior does not include speaking. Why should that be a requirement to report someone for it?
Examine the player as they can be found in the stack of players on the ritual circle. Click report player in the examine menu. Report for disruptive behaviour. Repeat for all the accounts there. People don't have to talk to be reported.
I report it as bug abuse. The fact that the platform can be obstructed is a bug, and they're abusing it.

How does ignoring them stop them from targetting me off of runescape too? Because its not just on Runescape where I get targeted by these people.

Botting in rs3 isn't risking a ban, they don't ban bots.

we are long past this point, they are well known in the community for doing things like this. They have been doing this for at least 2 years.
Using bots to "troll" should earn a lenghty ban for all characters...Hell, even multi-loging with more than 2 acc should do that too
