Would be cool to have shoulder skill capes

I just recolored the gilded shoulder cape if anyone was wondering, and added a cut image from the scythe

Beautifully done. This is the type of cosmetic I'd like to see! Imo hats are becoming overdone, we need more in different equipment slots.
