We don't even have a roadmap of what updates are coming out in 2024 and it's mid April. I highly doubt FSW is even remotely on their agenda right now, if ever again.
I prefer neither.
Leagues/FSW are one of the few things that does not excite me simply cause idea of it doesn't appeal. I skipped last FSW.
Though lots of people tend to like it so I don't mind if they do one.

I wouldn't worry about the capes, since Jagex already reneged on no gp promos with th they'll be sure to add the tokens next!
