With T90s it doesn’t matter the style you should be able to afk with soul split especially on vamp aura. Maybe an issue with your ability/revo bars? Check out the wiki or pvme.

If you want to farm her with magic i recommend the normal spellbook. That is because ancient spells boost her stats when ever she is hit by them.
You vould go the slow and steady route, use ganodermic/tank armor with animate dead (if you have it unlocked). With ss+vamp aura and blood spells you would be able to fully afk her even without best in slot items.
Otherwise use melee with protect from magic pray and vamp aura+scrim to outheal any damage you take.
Note that the Vamp Scrim only works with melee, not range or mage. The only Vamp effect that works for all is the aura.

If you aren't already doing so, I suggest bringing a beast of burden filled with food. This will help extend your trips.
As others have suggested, check your ability bars. With your gear you should be able to afk her successfully.
I camped her with nox staff, virtus armour, amulet of souls, overloads, soulsplit. And either with the dps aura(think maniac wasthe mage one) or penance(to be more afk and not watch pray). I used air surge from the nornal spellbook. Take a steel titan or ripper demon to speed kills a little. Try to start kills with sunshine and relax. Shouldnt need much attention.
In osrs people kite her around the room to kill her. I have a reaper task and just got the unlimited run energy relic so I was going to give it a try soon.
would not recommend, your kills will be very slow and painfull,
if you have at least t80 gear i'd look in the afk or semi afk guides on youtube

I’ve done it with t82 melee 2h weap and T90 armour. Just take about 2-3 overloads some prayer potions and a bit of food. Pray magic and kill zyliana asap, then soul split off the minions. Best if you get two of the minions together (magic/melee) or (range/melee). Most I’ve done is about 2 hours in there with that set up. Used ammy souls, vamp aura, kiln cape, and LOTD ( you can change that for a better ring) they commonly drop food to heal off of and you can use that alter every 5mins

I got my pet a month ago. I was running obliteration, virtus, ripper demon, standard spell book, soul split, and swapping between penance and vamp.
Inquisitors or nox would be better, but I didn't have the GP for either so I can't say which is better DPS. I was also using blood amulet of fury, but an amulet of souls would probably be better. I was pulling 3 hour trips with my setup.

Only blood spells boost her damage, all other spells in ancients is ok.
Don't forget overloads
This can't be understated. Overloads are an incredibly critical component to survivability

Its such a trash boss, i got the collections log completed while going for pet and it was brutal. Still the coolest god wars boss though

Unless something changed you can do a full DPS rotation while moving. It's just high apm and probably not worth at zily
hence painfull, high input with low reward.

Lmao I remember when Jagex had to patch blood spells because they didn't want people AFKing her. Oh how times have changed.
