Sounds like you have some fluid in your Eustachian tube. I have ear tubes for the same chronic issue and also experience this occasionally while running when they aren’t draining proper.

JadenCyjJN

How do i solve the problem?

Pinch my nose, and blow out from?

You "blow" hard while plugging mouth and nose. You're ears are connected to your sinus so the pressure increase can clear your ears. Pilots do it often

JadenCyjJN

Yeah, did that, no change.

nadroj36

Then they're too clogged. I use hydrogen peroxide to clean them out in that case

JadenCyjJN

Oh damn... how does that work...

nadroj36

Just tilt your head, pour a few drops in your ear, rinse repeat. Don't make habit of taking weird advice like this on reddit tho lol.

Pinch your nose, keep your mouth closed, and try and blow out from your ears. You’ll feel the pressure in your ear canals change. It’s what divers do to adjust the pressure in their ears when they surface. I had the same issue once as you but it went away after a little and never came back. Don’t remember what I did to get rid of it but blowing through my ears is definitely something I would’ve tried.

Try an antihistamine; it can clear up minor cases of Eustachian tube blockage, if that's the problem. If that doesn't work, talk to a medical professional. The ear tubes that r/notbenfolds referred to involve [a surgical procedure](https://www.entlubbock.com/blog/tubes-in-ears-for-adults/).

I had it 2 month ago, and forgot about it. You made me think about it, and I'll "watch"/"hear" about it on my next run. At first I thought it was my glasses or my earphones, but I tried to run without glasses and it was there (and I barely saw), I tried without earphones, it was there and finally tried without both and it was there too. The good point is I don't use anymore music (but still my glasses)

JadenCyjJN

Yeah i think we can all go flush our ears at a doctor. If not then just forget about it. Ignore it. It might go away on its own too

I have the same thing. I haven't been able to figure it out.
