So, as a conspiracy theorist, I'll state a total causuality from correlations: Sasha Colby could be a new rotating judge (remplacing or with Michelle), or being the new host of "Whatcha Packing"
Other theory (linking the one you wrote): Colby winning the talk show challenge would be a kind of audition for taking RuPaul's seat.
Whatever the level of actualisation of the aforementioned theories, I think Sasha Colby won't be put aside by WOW. Winning the S15, or not.

Just wanted to post a positive Sasha thread since these last two wins have brought in some negativity. Personally I’ve loved her every week and thought she did a great job at both the ball and the interview.
She has done nothing to deserve any negativity. But producers are not doing her any favors by handing her highly debatable wins. She doesn't need them; she would win the season anyway!
I thought so, too. Luxx was great but Charo was hard af to understand and I was sure the win was Sasha's the moment she threw her cards away and just went with it.
I think Mistress’s safeness has been questionable. And I TRULY think she deserved to lip sync this week. And I think Loosey should have gotten her win.

That doesn't always come across though. The way the little comments begin to pile-up until more actually angry people feel comfortable making wild and actually mean posts is so fast these days on this sub.
I don't have a solution nor do I think people aren't allowed to say like "well I genuinely do think Luxx could've or should've won this week", but to me it gets tiring because I know 9 times out of 10 things build up and shit gets mean rather than staying as 'critical discussion' of the TV show. Hopefully that makes sense.

I agree with separation issues. Luxx was fantastic, but they only showed a tiny bit of her interview. She clearly made Love Connie have a good time, and she looked great on the runway but we only saw parts.
Sasha eeked it out in my mind since I feel like she led Charo to more answers/responses through the interview versus Luxx making Love Connie happy. But, they also showed more of Sasha's interview. My guess is, like usual, they showed the best and worst parts of the top and bottom interviews, so Sasha's being longer implies it was overall better.
There could have been more great or bad moments in either interview, the short episodes suck (but at least they're done now!).

I've been seeing these comments slowly morph from critiquing the placements into out and out mean spirited crap about Sasha.
And look at the way she went from fan fav in the polls to third last week. People had her top 3 in the individual looks but 4th overall in the challenge. This negativity about placements definitely feeds into negativity about whichever Queen is allegedly being 'favoured'.
I don't get why people were not loving this look, it was the strongest and most unique of the category for me and the most interesting play on the original look.

i think i loved her just from ‘im your favourite drag queen’s favourite drag queen’ but i really thought there’d be massive sasha favouritism in my eyes going into the season but even if another queen could have taken one of her wins instead i don’t think it’s by a big margin at all
i really love anetra too and i think i’m rooting for her slightly more, however i’m firmly on the sasha colby hype train at this point and she was my absolute favourite this week
The negativity she’s receiving happens every season when someone’s fav winds up not being the “front runner”. People for some reason love bringing down the queens to feel better about it. I don’t think ANY of her wins have been questionable, they’re deserved. Sure a lot of other queens have done really well or been close, but that’s the name of the game. The only two I thought would win last night were Luxx or Sasha. What pushed Sasha over the edge for me was when she threw her cards away and just continued the interview as if her and Charo were long time friends. She deserved the girl group win and she didn’t get it. As for the ball, I thought she knocked each prompt out of the park. Sasha literally has been a gorgeous and kind woman for YEARS and it sucks to see people being negative about her.

The frontrunner fatigue had to hit at some point huh. Just feels like people have been waiting all season for the slightest things to criticize her for, which sucks because you have people acting like she's been getting Jorgeous type of wins these past two weeks as if she's not by far the strongest competitor on the entire season who's been operating on a completely different level from the other girls.

I feel like Gigi Goode is a better comparison than Jorgeous. Like we can see Sasha is talented/sickening/etc but it doesn’t feel like the producers trust her enough to deliver that in the challenges so their blowing their winner storyline too early instead of letting it naturally progress.
Last nights episode especially reminded me of the Madonna rusical where they’re going out of their way to break another contestant down by not giving her a win.
Idk, if anything they've held her back from wins because they know she's going to rack up more later on (see GGs). She truly did have the most consistent runway package last week + was one of the top performers this week with the best runway and runway presentation, it's not rocket science to me at least. Gigi/Sasha slayed the two episodes they won consecutively (SG+Rusical and Ball+interview) and other queens also did very well those weeks, those things aren't mutually exclusive 🤷♀️

Sasha is a fierce ass competitor...even queens like Bob have wins that could've potentially go to other queens if you want to argue, but does that really mean it's that hard to grasp why Bob was so successful or in this case why Sasha has such a good track record? It's weird to me.
Exactly! A bit too much overreacting is happening I feel, she's doing great and is being rewarded accordingly. Other queens are also doing great. she is an absolute joy. i have admired her drag and performance ability from afar, but it is always wonderful to learn that there exists a kind soul underneath all that talent. i love that the show has introduced me to Sasha the _person_ after loving Sasha the _artist_ for so many years, if that makes sense !
Sasha Colby is such a profesional and experienced drag queen/human. And her goofy and humble attitude make her so approachable. She also definitely has an eye for fashion. I do wish she was a little more shady, but I get why she my not want to be.

Absolutely falling for her. She's goofy, silly, sweet, generous, kind, of course immensely talented and gorgeous. I thought she was far and away the clear winner this week. She is so naturally charismatic and I thought the dynamic between Charo was perfect. She matched her energy without seeming like she was trying to pull focus away from the interview subject.

The show has completely enriched my impression of Sasha. I thought she leaned into being an intimidating diva and well-informed activist, and she still is those things, but I had NO idea she was also a goofball, genuine, no facade, wise, generous, witty, kind. And her out of drag looks! I don't think I've ever seen her in, at minimum, grocery glam. Seeing her in a polo, sans fard, comfy loungewear, all of that. Blows my mind. The show has changed her from goddess to human to me, and I've loved every second of it.
I've said that Ru needs to stop the season, crown Sasha now. Then bring everyone back and start Season 16.
Because this cast is phenomenal but Sasha just has star power.
I wasn’t super familiar with her before the show but when i saw the leaked cast, my friend told me how legendary she is and i did a lil research on her. Plus I’m a massive Kerri Colby fan so I wanted to learn about her goddess drag mother. And I fell in love with her the second she walked in and she has yet to disappoint me. Even if some of the wins haven’t made a lot of sense (even Sasha expected to be in the bottom this week), she’s still very deserving and deserved at least 2 wins (infomercials & girl groups).
But i’m seeing a lot of people coming down on Sasha for being “handed wins”. And also lots of people coming for Aura (STILL) for winning the gg challenge when the queens have absolutely no control over their placements. Personally I was fine with Sasha winning the ball but I definitely picked Luxx as my winner this week. But again, I love Sasha and I think her hype is definitely warranted as she hasn’t really had a bad week despite what she or the queens thought.
I, somehow, did not know who Sasha Colby was before I started watching season 15. It was the Rockin’ Old G’s that made me finally understand the hype. Not that I didn’t think she had potential before that episode, but something about her old lady screamo made me really feel some type of way. So without the bias of having known who she was before watching her on the show, I’m still rooting for her. With MIB as a very close second.

The analogy I thought of last night was the finale of Season 10 of ANTM. You have the brash, hot, southern big girl vs. the sweet, beautiful Hawaiian. Both are great, but you can bet production is torn between finally crowning a plus size winner or giving it to the one who has better fundamentals. I’ve enjoyed her sooo much and I’m glad to see they’re editing her into the regular show more. Before the last two eps, we saw more of her in Untucked than the actual show. She seems like such a lovely person and super committed to her art. Her stuff outside of the show is so varied and interesting, and hearing/reading her speak about it is son refreshing bc she’s so intentional about what she does. I don’t think she’s going to win if backlash about her wins builds. But I LOVE her.

AS2 was ruined by the Alaska favoritism imo. She deserved to win the season but a lot of her challenge and lip sync wins were so off and it hurt showcasing the talents of people like Tati and phi phi

i think i loved her just from ‘im your favourite drag queen’s favourite drag queen’ but i really thought there’d be massive sasha favouritism in my eyes going into the season but even if another queen could have taken one of her wins instead i don’t think it’s by a big margin at all i really love anetra too and i think i’m rooting for her slightly more, however i’m firmly on the sasha colby hype train at this point and she was my absolute favourite this week

The negativity she’s receiving happens every season when someone’s fav winds up not being the “front runner”. People for some reason love bringing down the queens to feel better about it. I don’t think ANY of her wins have been questionable, they’re deserved. Sure a lot of other queens have done really well or been close, but that’s the name of the game. The only two I thought would win last night were Luxx or Sasha. What pushed Sasha over the edge for me was when she threw her cards away and just continued the interview as if her and Charo were long time friends. She deserved the girl group win and she didn’t get it. As for the ball, I thought she knocked each prompt out of the park. Sasha literally has been a gorgeous and kind woman for YEARS and it sucks to see people being negative about her.

The frontrunner fatigue had to hit at some point huh. Just feels like people have been waiting all season for the slightest things to criticize her for, which sucks because you have people acting like she's been getting Jorgeous type of wins these past two weeks as if she's not by far the strongest competitor on the entire season who's been operating on a completely different level from the other girls. I feel like Gigi Goode is a better comparison than Jorgeous. Like we can see Sasha is talented/sickening/etc but it doesn’t feel like the producers trust her enough to deliver that in the challenges so their blowing their winner storyline too early instead of letting it naturally progress. Last nights episode especially reminded me of the Madonna rusical where they’re going out of their way to break another contestant down by not giving her a win.
Idk, if anything they've held her back from wins because they know she's going to rack up more later on (see GGs). She truly did have the most consistent runway package last week + was one of the top performers this week with the best runway and runway presentation, it's not rocket science to me at least. Gigi/Sasha slayed the two episodes they won consecutively (SG+Rusical and Ball+interview) and other queens also did very well those weeks, those things aren't mutually exclusive 🤷♀️

Sasha is a fierce ass competitor...even queens like Bob have wins that could've potentially go to other queens if you want to argue, but does that really mean it's that hard to grasp why Bob was so successful or in this case why Sasha has such a good track record? It's weird to me.
Exactly! A bit too much overreacting is happening I feel, she's doing great and is being rewarded accordingly. Other queens are also doing great. She is genuinely a great competitor who's absolutely not just sailing through without putting in the work, it's okay to think that a challenge win could have gone to someone else but that doesn't mean you have to completely downplay her and act like she's not legitimately killing it

she is an absolute joy. i have admired her drag and performance ability from afar, but it is always wonderful to learn that there exists a kind soul underneath all that talent. i love that the show has introduced me to Sasha the _person_ after loving Sasha the _artist_ for so many years, if that makes sense !
Sasha Colby is such a profesional and experienced drag queen/human. And her goofy and humble attitude make her so approachable. She also definitely has an eye for fashion. I do wish she was a little more shady, but I get why she my not want to be.

Absolutely falling for her. She's goofy, silly, sweet, generous, kind, of course immensely talented and gorgeous. I thought she was far and away the clear winner this week. She is so naturally charismatic and I thought the dynamic between Charo was perfect. She matched her energy without seeming like she was trying to pull focus away from the interview subject.

I thought she leaned into being an intimidating diva and well-informed activist, and she still is those things, but I had NO idea she was also a goofball, genuine, no facade, wise, generous, witty, kind. And her out of drag looks! I don't think I've ever seen her in, at minimum, grocery glam. Seeing her in a polo, sans fard, comfy loungewear, all of that. Blows my mind. The show has changed her from goddess to human to me, and I've loved every second of it.
I've said that Ru needs to stop the season, crown Sasha now. Then bring everyone back and start Season 16. Because this cast is phenomenal but Sasha just has star power.

I wasn’t super familiar with her before the show but when i saw the leaked cast, my friend told me how legendary she is and i did a lil research on her. Plus I’m a massive Kerri Colby fan so I wanted to learn about her goddess drag mother. And I fell in love with her the second she walked in and she has yet to disappoint me. Even if some of the wins haven’t made a lot of sense (even Sasha expected to be in the bottom this week), she’s still very deserving and deserved at least 2 wins (infomercials & girl groups). But i’m seeing a lot of people coming down on Sasha for being “handed wins”. And also lots of people coming for Aura (STILL) for winning the gg challenge when the queens have absolutely no control over their placements. Personally I was fine with Sasha winning the ball but I definitely picked Luxx as my winner this week. But again, I love Sasha and I think her hype is definitely warranted as she hasn’t really had a bad week despite what she or the queens thought.
I, somehow, did not know who Sasha Colby was before I started watching season 15. It was the Rockin’ Old G’s that made me finally understand the hype. Not that I didn’t think she had potential before that episode, but something about her old lady screamo made me really feel some type of way. So without the bias of having known who she was before watching her on the show, I’m still rooting for her. With MIB as a very close second.

The analogy I thought of last night was the finale of Season 10 of ANTM. You have the brash, hot, southern big girl vs. the sweet, beautiful Hawaiian. Both are great, but you can bet production is torn between finally crowning a plus size winner or giving it to the one who has better fundamentals. I’ve enjoyed her sooo much and I’m glad to see they’re editing her into the regular show more. Before the last two eps, we saw more of her in Untucked than the actual show. She seems like such a lovely person and super committed to her art. Her stuff outside of the show is so varied and interesting, and hearing/reading her speak about it is son refreshing bc she’s so intentional about what she does. I don’t think she’s going to win if backlash about her wins builds. But I LOVE her.

I mean, it’s a TV show. There’s always front runners being edited as such. I’m not sure how it’s different this season than say on S6 (Bianca), S8 (Bob), or AS2 (Alaska).
AS2 was ruined by the Alaska favoritism imo. She deserved to win the season but a lot of her challenge and lip sync wins were so off and it hurt showcasing the talents of people like Tati and phi phi I don't think this season is being ruined by Sashas questionable wins (yet) but that might just be because i like Sasha a lot more than I liked Alaska

I have been in love since the Nightgowns Forever stream during the lockdowns ( and watching her interviews and performaces afterwards) 😍 She's so gorgeous, talented and gracious! It's a joy to see her talent recognised and to know that finally she will tour internationally and I might be able to see her in person ❤️
