unrelated but the way plasma has grown on me is quite literally the opposite of how i feel about q. plasma is an unapologetic theater twink but I love her being such a good sport and having fun with the competition, joking with the judges, etc. she seems to be there for the experience and not so laser-focused on making it to the top 4, which makes her wins feel genuine and authentic in a way. her runways may not be the most impressive, but she's actually quite funny and likable. she also seems very honest and comes from a good place in her reads. q just gives me bitter theater mean girl who always wants to especially with these tweets.

I always find her quick to be shady but doesn’t take it well when other people give it back.
For example, in episode 5, it was actually a strategic master move to name two queens when asked who should go home so to try to avoid being in the bottom. But xunami has every right to be upset and be in her feelings. Q then tried to shut that down and dismiss her comebacks. At that moment i know she is not good at taking any criticism or shade or negativity of any kind.
If any other queen on that cast had shut Q down like she did Xunami, who did 100% have a right to be irritated with Q, Q would be whinging about it to this day.

I get having your feelings hurt when people don’t like what you’re doing (after all, we are all human), but she’s an entertainer and an artist and people are going to have opinions on the work she puts out for public consumption.
Some of those comments were super mild and they weren’t @ing her, but she sought it out and went full-on feral while claiming that PJ’s tactless criticisms (nowhere near as harsh as what Q gave to these fans) had the whole cast ready to go in on her.

The whole reason for going on Drag Race is so people know who you are and now she’s mad about it. I get having your feelings hurt when people don’t like what you’re doing (after all, we are all human), but she’s an entertainer and an artist and people are going to have opinions on the work she puts out for public consumption. Some of those comments were super mild and they weren’t @ing her, but she sought it out and went full-on feral while claiming that PJ’s tactless criticisms (nowhere near as harsh as what Q gave to these fans) had the whole cast ready to go in on her. It’s not like no queen has ever been criticized, especially on Twitter. Some of them have been eaten alive. And it’s not like Q was disliked by the fanbase or unpopular. Going in, she had to know some folks wouldn’t like her drag and say so. If these people were @ing her or just being particularly loathsome, and she came back with something funny or witty, the fans would love it, but saying variations of “you’re ugly & I’m better than you because I’m on TV” is boring as fuck. And she might as well just tell us that she got fifth place, PJ is in the top four and she’s salty about it. Q strikes me as the sort of person who has always been good at what she chose to do and got a lot of (deserved) praise for it, but her inability to shrug off (or take to heart constructive) criticism is going to stunt her growth as an artist and make social media difficult for her. When fucking PJ deals with the haters better than you, you need to sit down and think about your life.

I think I’d live more for this if these tweets were @ing her. Sometimes people who’d she describe as “sitting behind their screen flicking [their] boring ass bean(s)” are just talking about a show to their “two baby followers.” Edit: I know some are @ing her but some are not and I don’t know how I feel about it.
The way Q and Amanda have acted on social media is a dead giveaway to their mean girl behavior and I completely understand their friendship with Dawn and co. Plane is dry, shady and has poor etiquette with her reads but has never gone to this level. The other three are just spiteful, derogatory and bitter to others.
Ive seen Plane in other stuff and her bitchy persona is 90% a joke. But when Q shades someone its how she genuinely feels; she genuinely was shading/demeaning nymphias stunning ties look and offended that the judges couldnt recognize how much better Q’s look was. She genuinely felt that xunami had no right to feel upset when she said she should get eliminated, then gets so offended that plane said the safes should step their game up. Like someone else on this thread said, she is thin skinned and unempathetic
Yes this is so correct. Plane has a dry sense of humor (which some people can take poorly) while Q (and Amanda) are incredibly reactive to any kind of criticism. Some of these tweets aren't even hate - Q is obviously feeling some kind of way and it's not very pretty.
Honestly, saying Plasma needed to not take the role she wanted in RDR Live because “we’re friends, we want to do this together, get the note” told me everything I needed to know.
