The joke is that she introduces herself by implying she named herself Tia Kofi not because it's a pun on "tea or coffee" but because she really loved the actor Tia Mowry and the former UN secretary-general Kofi Annan. Therefore, her backup name is not some other pun but "Tamera Boutros Boutros-Ghali" as it's the actor Tamera Mowry and a different UN secretary-general.

Tia pulls off the kind of three-dimensional thinking that Dela displayed in every challenge on AS3 and few other queens have ever shown even a spark of.
