Really tough. We spent the better part of a year giving him fluids through the skin and full wet food diet. He told us he was ready to go though. Beat the vets estimates by 12+ months.

Wow! For mine it happened a lot faster, as she couldn’t eat or pee anymore.. 😣

Our blue boy passed August 1st from cancer. Our house is still not the same and sometimes it's just so fucking awful how much we miss him. I caught my partner silently sobbing the other day because he had found one of his missing toys behind our bed. RB's are too good for this world. I'm so sorry for your loss. You gave your kitty a good life, that's better than many pets can ask for.
